If you like walking the beach and great gulf sunsets this is your place. You have a full gulf view from Building 1 and privacy from other neighboring buildings. Our condo is located on the sixth floor and is like a perch above the beach. We have owned this piece of heaven for 30 years and have tried to update and appoint it with upgrades not found in others at Beach and Tennis Club. We use high thread count sheets and bedding, luxury bath and beach towels, and our furnishings are comfortable and clean. We provide beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for your visit. We strive to treat you like family while you're staying at the condo.

Start the day stepping onto the oceanside lanai to see what the serf looks like, and you may be rewarded with dolphins swimming by. Breakfast in the condo is a breeze with our fully equipped kitchen or hop on the elevator, walk across the street to Doc's Beach House and grab a cup of coffee, find a beach front table and enjoy a yummy start to your day. Doc's is also known for their great pizza and upstairs sports bar.

You can Walk for miles on Bonita Beach and enjoy the peaceful sound of the waves hitting the great white sand. Join the locals early in the morning as the search is on for the perfect bag of shells. The beach has just gone through an extensive replenishment program after the Hurricanes that have hit the area. The beach fills up at sunset and is known as one of the most beautiful spots to be at days end. You can sit on our screened lanai, with its unobstructed view and watch not only the most beautiful Southwest Florida sunset you have ever seen but also enjoy watching the colors change as dusk arrives, it's simply amazing.

This is the perfect place to start and end your perfect Bonita Beach day. Relax the day away on the beach or try the two heated pools here at the Beach and Tennis Club,

Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Drinks can be found at many locations near the condo, and some are within walking distance. Don't miss early happy hour at Crab Shack on Hwy 41 near the condo, you must be home in time for sunset so early is better, at least that's how my family does it.

Bonita Springs and surrounding area including Naples and Fort Myers have everything you might want or need. Great places to eat including top seafood meals. Fresh seafood markets are close by so you can cook your own if you so desire. Fort Meyers airport is about 20 minutes away and easy access.

Golf courses are everywhere in the Bonita area and fishing is tops with rental boats available and guided trips are a popular way to fish both the back bay and the offshore gulf area.

The number one sport may be shopping. Unique shopping off the beaten path, huge flea markets or big-time outlet malls in several locations. Want to see the best of everything head to Naples and 5th Avenue shops. You will love it.

Beach and Tennis Club is still healing from Hurricane Ian in 2022. The landscaping and tennis courts are a work in progress. Both pools are now open and the laundry facilities and public bathrooms in our building are open also. The condo is in great shape and ready for your arrival.
