Cozy 2 Bedroom Cottage Walking Distance to the Beach

The cottage is very snug and warm. It sleeps 6 people comfortably with 2 bedrooms, one with a double in one room and a bunk bed with a lower double and single top in the other and also fold out couches in the livingroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Cottage has great water pressure with one bathroom. Deck has an outdoor sitting area as well as a table and chairs with an umbrella for outdoor meals. Large private backyard with lots of room for kids to play, also has a nice fire-pit great for sitting around and roasting marshmallows. Neighbourhood Beach is a little walk (about 3 min ) with 2 access points. Bayfield is about 10 min away. Grocery & Liquor store and many Farmer Markets around. Grand Bend (10-15 min drive).

Please bring your own bedding (bed sheets, pillows, blankets, towels)

The cottage was as described. It was lovely and very comfortable for the group. Although we were given the incorrect code upon arrival, the hosts worked quickly to get it rectified. There was also a problem with ants, but there were traps provided. We would stay there again. The community is lovely and the views of the beach and the sunset are incredible.

My wife, my son, our little white dog all loved the property. It was an absolute Delight to stay here and we are looking forward to returning hopefully year after year as it is the perfect little cottage. A very short 3 minute walk to a beautiful beach, close to Bayfield close to Grand Bend it is just wonderful. Our host, Sandra, it's the most wonderful person extremely helpful in contact with us continuous and anytime I had a question it was answered immediately through text messaging. A complete and total 10 out of 10.

A Perfect Holiday!

The cottage itself is absolutely lovely, clean, well kept and well loved by the owners. We were very comfortable! It was equipped with everything we needed. We stayed for an entire week and there was never a dull moment. There was so much for the kids and I to do in the area. We swam all day, fished all day, jumped off the Bayfield Pier, fed the local goats and chickens vegetable scraps, had ice cream daily in Bayfield, packed beautiful picnics, shopped and treated ourselves at lovely restaurants. I wish we had more time to do more day trips, or just sit on the beach. We had the perfect family holiday! The Lake is SO warm at the end of July and August and we enjoyed the best of local produce too! Thank you for the wonderful memories.

Amazing Summer stay

We loved the fresh updated decor! The lovely teal color palate and all the “beachy” decor really made the cottage humm with Summer vibes! Also, the toys, books and baby feeding chair provided was a great bonus because we didn’t lug with a huge amount of toys. Also, well thought of extras like a first aid kit was at hand/ provided & the cupboard with outdoor extras like tongs of roasting marshmallows was an exciting find! Really enjoyed our stay for a second time! Thanks so much!

It was a lovely little cottage, a quick walk to a very private and quiet beach.

Wonderful, kid friendly pet friendly cottage and private beach. Close drive to Bayfield. Super responsive and helpful owners. Would highly recommend and we hope to be back again!

Cute as a button.............small but perfect for a couple's getaway. Lots of room on the deck for entertaining though. Spent most of our time, enjoying the fresh air and sunshine on the deck. (September stay)

Cute little gem just 20 minute drive from Grand Bend

Nice little place that had a bit of everything. The beach there was clean and by no means crowded. The bedrooms were fine but my only gripe was that the futon couches were a little bit uncomfortable to sleep on. If you are going as a group of more than 4, I would suggest utilizing the outside bunkie or bring an air mattress. However, for a family of four, it is all that you need.

Quaint home away from home

Wonderful time making memories at this cottage. Adorable Bunkie cabin and wonderful deck area. Great location, quick drive into Bayfield and Grand bend. We stayed Monday to Friday and it was perfect.

Great weekend getaway

This is a great little spot, all the things you need and some you didn’t know you needed are available in the cottage. Close to the beach, however also has a fully furnished deck if you choose to stay at the cottage. Quick drive into Bayfield and only 20 minutes to Grand Bend.

Cozy cottage with a lovely deck and backyard

The cottage is slightly small, but very cozy and perfect for upto 4 people. It has a lovely gated deck, where we spent most of your time during the day along with our 2 dogs. The cottage has access to a nice private beach which we found empty for most part. The neighbours are friendly. Nuria and Sandra always got back to us right away if we had any question. Summary: a great 3 day stay and we plan to be back in summer for a week :)

Clean and friendly neighborhood

We rented this cottage for a week and we loved it. The access to the beach is only steps away. Great place for families. We wish we could stay longer.

Relaxation and Fun

My daughters and I stayed at this property for the weekend (Thurs-Sun) and really enjoyed the peaceful space and comfort of the cottage. Everything was clean and welcoming - we instantly felt right at home. We loved sitting on the deck and listening to the waves in the evening and going for walks during the day - lots of monarch butterflies in the area. Thanks for making our stay so easy and enjoyable!

The cottage was just as nice in person as in the photos. Nice roomy yard for the family of 6 and 2 dogs. Fire pit was perfect and we were able to enjoy our hammock with the mature trees on the lot. Would visit again.

Relaxing

Had a relaxing time at the cottage. Everything we needed was there. Lovely large deck to relax and have morning coffee. 3 minutes to the beach. Beautiful sunsets.

Friendly Community

A very cute little cottage with a large deck and a generous sized property with beautiful trees. The view to the field was very pretty, especially during the sunrise. The walk to the stairs and beach was less than 5 minutes. The beach is quite long and deep so it’s not lost during a storm. Sunsets were gorgeous! The people in the community were friendly and quiet. The owners are very nice and communicated well. We really enjoyed our fun and relaxing week!

Beautiful location

Had a wonderful week here. Cottage was exactly as shown in pics and was equipped with everything that you might need. The location is excellent with beautiful sunrises and a short walk to the beach where we saw the most incredible sunsets. Village of Bayfield is quaint and lovely. Would definitely come and stay here again.
