Such a wonderful stay with family! We loved our time at the Beach House; exactly as described and so easy to work with the owner. Great location to so many fun activities! Bike rides, sunsets, s’mores, swimming and grilling - perfect vacation!

The property was super cute and even though it's under the main house, it felt very private. The property was within walking distance of great restaurants and nightlife. We would definitely return. and nightlife.

My family and I spent 4 wonderful nights in this house. The location is perfect; literally steps away from the private beach access. Also, it’s within a 5-10 minute walk to the local coffee shop(Tybean). The house was roomy, clean and well stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs and plenty of beach towels. There’s also a brand new pool which we enjoyed quite frequently. It is on the small side, but still beautiful and a good place to take a quick dip whenever the urge hit. It was nice that it’s right outside the game room so we could all be hanging out in the same area playing games and swimming. The host, Akash was so friendly and responsive whenever we had questions. He went above and beyond what we’ve ever had a host do before. He even was kind enough to let us use his family’s personal kayaks! This was a trip for me, and my three daughters and their families to celebrate the life of my late husband, and I know he would have been SO happy with this property! (And he was picky about vacay rentals!)

This condo is exceptionally clean, has a beachy, (but not gaudy) updated decor, is comfy, and the best view on Tybee. Our host, David, absolutely thought of everything you will need to be enjoy your stay. We had one issue with the door lock which David took care of right away. We could have sat in the balcony with David’s binoculars all day the entire visit. We did, however, thoroughly enjoy exploring Tybee and Savannah. Wonderful lil vaca for me and my cousin! During my recent stay at this house on Tybee Island, I was immediately captivated by the promise of an exceptional experience. The house's design was perfect. Large windows provided panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the sand dunes, creating an atmosphere of tranquility. Inside, the tasteful decor struck a perfect balance between comfort and style. The open-concept living space was bathed in natural light, cultivating a warm and inviting ambiance. The kitchen was well-equipped and enhanced the overall experience, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay. The bedrooms were generously sized, each possessing its own unique charm. The combination of comfortable beds and high-quality linens ensured a restful night's sleep. The deck offered an ideal setting for both morning coffee and evening cocktails. The house's location struck a perfect balance between seclusion and convenience. While providing privacy and peace, it remained within easy reach of restaurants, bars, and other points of interest. A thoughtful guidebook, provided by the host, offered valuable recommendations for local activities and dining, simplifying the exploration of the area. What truly distinguished this vacation house was the host's exceptional attentiveness. From the moment of booking until departure, they consistently went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. Their commitment to hospitality was evident in every detail.

There are so many things I can say about this property and they are all good. I don't have one single complaint so instead I will list what I loved most compared to other places I have stayed. The shower felt wonderful and there is plenty of hot water. The house was spotless, even those areas that sometimes get overlooked. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The king bed was very firm and the other bed was soft so it's easy to have the firmness you need. The entire house was a comfortable 70 degrees so we didn't get hot and sweaty watching tv or trying to sleep. There were no musty weird smells inside the house. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Although we brought our own shampoo, there is shampoo and body wash available in every bathroom. The screened porch was a very pleasant place to enjoy the weather without getting eat alive by bugs. Even the outdoor sitting areas were clean. The outdoor storage closet had plenty of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, wagons and coolers. We brought our own but didn't need to. The outdoor shower was a nice added touch after a trip to the beach. The hosts were quick to respond when I had a question. I will definitely watch for this property for our next trip to Tybee island. It felt like home.
