Great Stay and Great Neighborhood

Has to be the quietest month I’ve had in a very long time. The area is quick for anything you need, but the community is absolutely great. I highly recommend this property and the entire community.

Wonderful

The place was nice and the surrounding area was lovely too. I enjoyed walking around the trails and checking out the shops in the area as well. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Nothing but amazing

Driving up to the property I was pleasantly surprised. The entire complex had recently received a facelift and is no longer "boring" brown in appearance, but a refreshed green and white combination. The property was quiet and easy to maneuver within. Nothing too special, but served its purpose as a sleeping quarter during a business trip. There was a pool and clubhouse with activities, but I never partook in any (I worked nights). Management answered questions quickly and easily. TV had Netflix/Hulu accessibilities. The kitchen was also stocked with cooking utensils and dishware. The plazas surrounding the apartment were very nice - whole foods was next door as well as appetizing restaurants and fast food joints. Located about a mile off the 101 highway, so it wasn't hard to travel anywhere around the phoenix area. Would definitely recommend and/or stay again.

Property was a good place to stay. Unfortunately COVID-19 happened and I was not able to use the fitness center or the pool. Had to spend most of my time inside

Great condo , great location

This condo was a perfect fit for our needs. The location is so convenient for shopping and great restaurants. The condo itself is comfortable and nicely decorated. Plenty of kitchen accessories, and nice appliances. Host was great and very responsive. Condo overlooks one of the 3 pools in the complex and faces a quiet courtyard. We enjoyed our nightly walks around the lake. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in this cute little bungalow. It was just right for two. The location is within walking distance to a grocery store, and a Sprouts, and several good restaurants. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

Wonderful place!

I stayed here from 05/25 to 05/29 1918. The place was wonderful. Everything was provided that you would need. The location is close to shopping and Fry's grocery. One thing I really noticed is, it is so quiet. I will definetly stay again. The landscaping is beautiful and the pools were always clean. Sylvia Wiley

Great stay

Owner communicated well and was accommodating with late check in and out. Place was great, pool was relaxing and the area was good for walking in the evenings. Close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores. The bed was firmer than we like, but the rest of the place made up for it. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Home away from home.

Dale was a great host. The condo is clean and welcoming, with everything to make your stay enjoyable. The pool(S) were maintained well and we enjoyed the hot tub. The Condo is in a good location with stores and restaurants making your stay that much more enjoyable. If you are looking to relax this may be a good place to start. Located just the next town over in Gilbert, you may want to visit Peterson's Ice Cream Shop. Hope you have a relaxing vacation, we did and this Condo helped. Our Chandler Getaway

Perfect place for the two of us to enjoy some quiet relaxation and sun! Very well stocked with everything we needed; beach towels for the pool, plenty of kitchen utensils/gadgets, salt & pepper, and even coffee (which we forgot to pick up at the store), and containers for our leftovers to store for the next day. Spent every day out at the pools, starting out at the heated pool by the clubhouse, and moving to the pool outside our door once the other one got too crowded and noisy for our liking. Walked around the pond daily, and found some great places to eat right off the pond. Highly recommend Valle Luna. Sit out on the patio and enjoy some great Mexican food. When we are back in the area will definitely be reaching out to Dale about his rental unit. Thank you so much for sharing your piece of paradise!
