When we arrived at the condo it was clean and fresh and our hosts were very welcoming. We really enjoyed our month stay and especially the Lakeside view. The pool, hot tub, and gym were very enjoyable as was the neighborhood for walking. Can we have this weather for every Phoenix visit??

Perfect anniversary getaway

What a beautiful view of the lake from a cozy condo with all the comforts of home! We used the pool also which was wonderful. Nice friendly people everywhere.

Excellent communication with the hosts Rod & Erika. They provided clear and detailed info re location, check in, complex amenities, and other general information.Our stay was 6 weeks and so we prefer to cook most of our meals, the kitchen was well equipped & stocked with everything needed to do this. The complex was quiet & very well maintained. One of the pools is basically steps away, as I usually swim every day I appreciated that. We also used the gym closest to the unit, it had a good selection of equipment. There is a Fry's grocery store a short walk away so that was very convenient.If you like hiking South Mountain is close by, my husband very much enjoyed that.

A Super Visit

Five Stars to the Condo. Everything is as the vrbo description states. Could not ask for more. SIX stars to hosts Rod and Erika. One example: the washer malfunctioned so I left a massage with Rod that was immediately returned. The next day, Rod and Erika came to the condo at the time we agreed to personally repair the washer... by replacing it with a new one! Are you kidding!? WOW!

A little vit of Paradise

Wow - what can I say? I actually was afraid to leave an awesome review bc this is a hidden gem and I would like to go back. If I give it a glowing review - others may rent it - LOL. Great location and Awesome Hosts. If you need ANYTHING - they are close and resolve any issues very quickly. Welcoming greeting card, fruit and muffins were awesome. The view is exceptional! Within walking distance to Trader Joes/Fry's/Safeway. Also within walking distance to places to eat. Arrivederci Trattoria- great place to eat. Hiking is very close. Great facilities on site -multiple pools - workout rooms, etc. Loved the 50cent water refills for a gallon of water outside the gym and our Hosts had some gallon containers we could use to get it filled up. This was a 5 star experience all the way. :)

Great property and host

Stayed the month of January 2024. Rod and Erika were the best hosts and really went out of their way to help. I have a bad hip so I was concerned about walking up the stairs as no elevator. Rob offered to help me unpack and carry stuff down at the end of my stay which I so appreciated. Every time I looked for something they had it in one of the drawers. It was well equipped and nicely furnished. Great view, it really makes a difference when every time you look out the window you think wow beautiful. The condo has a road between it and the lake so there is some road noise. The complex has a heated pool, hot tub and a weight room. All very nice. I would have stayed longer but they were booked for the next month.
