Söt, lugn och mysig 1 sovrum enhet centralt beläget i Carlsbad Village. På grund av stadens restriktioner tillåts vi nu endast 30 dagars uthyrning. Fullt kök och badrum och parkering. AC tillagd nu för de varma sommardagarna. Promenera eller cykla till butiker och restauranger och lika nära stranden. Fullt möblerad och inkluderar strand kryssare, solstolar och paraply s.
Nyligen ombyggda och återställda. Vi bor i framsidan men du har egen parkering och användning av den bakre stugan. Nära Amtrack tågstation.

Clean and comfortable

Not far from town and the beach. Neighborhood is quiet. Cottage is cute, clean, and comfortable. Owner is friendly and easy to reach. Would stay here again!

Very nice and comfortable cottage

Nice and clean well equipped. Close to down town Carlsbad. Would of given it five stars but the parking was tight. Required a three point turn to turn around in the alleyway.

Very clean, cozy and comfortable.

My girls and I had a wonderful stay at the dolphin cottage! It was everything we could have hoped for and more! The beach towels, chairs and umbrella was great! We didn’t have to worry about finding a place to rent them. We would have loved to take the bikes out, but there were only 2 bikes and 3 of us. Thank you to the McGee’s for renting us their beautiful cottage and allowing us to use their beach accessories! I highly recommend this place!

Great little Gem

Cottage was just as described. Clean, complete kitchen, comfy bed and perfect location. Loved the using the two bikes. One was a beach cruiser, no gears and the other like mountain bike. Headed uo to Oceanside and around town. The beach chairs were new and held a lot of our stuff. The beach unbrella was a plus too. Three of us stayed here comfortably, using a single futon in the living room area. The place has air conditioning which was needed as it was hot and no cross ventilation breeze. Would definitely stay here again. Location was great. 10 min walk to town and 20 minute flat walk to the beach.

Fantastic vacation rental

We had a great vacation with everything we needed for our stay. Easy to reach the owners with any questions, extremely accommodating. Can't wait to make reservations for our next vacation! The cottage location is perfect for parking the car and taking off on foot or bike the whole time.

Cute, pristine and quiet

I throughly enjoyed my stay here recently while attending classes at The Spanish Institute in Carlsbad. The cottage is a stroll from restaurants and the beach on a very quiet lane. I spent a lot of time in the cottage doing homework and can vouch for its comfort.

Updated but quaint and cute

Had a great time...the only thing that was bothersome was the motion light outside that went on every ten minutes or so-it made it difficult to sleep-otherwise-amenities were prefect-loved the bathroom and the place is close to everything!

Perfect for our Needs

This cute cottage was perfect in many ways for our weekend in Carlsbad. The location was within short driving distant to South Carlsbad beach, where we had a memorial service for my husband’s brother, a CA State lifeguard for 30 years. The cottage is close to restaurants and shops (less than 1/2 mile walk), and the beach. We packed the folding beach chairs in the car the day of the service, but didn’t use them because of the rain. Glad they were available though. The updated interior is beautiful, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. We had some of the best sleep here. The neighborhood is quiet, which we really appreciate. Also appreciated the heater in the bathroom. The only ‘cons’ are—and they are minuscule and minor—we had to supply some toilet paper (just had 1 roll), and soap in the shower. We highly recommend this rental and would love to visit again for a happier reason. Thank you, David and Jackie!

We love it!

The cottage is very cute, clean, and comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 3. It is in a great location as we could walk to the beach and the village. Jacqui and Dave were helpful while still giving us plenty of privacy.

Super clean, great design all around perfect for our stay

Awesome place, has everything you need. We drove down from Las Vegas and they had chips and salsa (hit the spot and made us feel welcome) in a welcome basket for us. Place is neat and well constructed and leaves no complaints..had beach chairs, umbrella and bicycles to hit the beach. thanks dolphin cottage owners

Charm and location!

The Dolphin Cottage was small, but charming, spotless and well-stocked. The location is perfect for walking to the village, beach and coaster. Though the cottage faces an alley, the neighborhood is colorfully eclectic and pleasantly quiet. The only suggestion i might make would be a larger coffee table as this is where we spent most of our time when inside, with computer, books, and drinks. The small dining table by the door was where purse, camera, maps, etc. were placed so not much room there for anything else. The kitchen area was well-equipped, appliances new, and basics such as coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper provided. The bikes on-site and quality beach chairs were greatly appreciated! Would definitely recommend this cottage to couples, and we hope to stay there again soon. L. Gonzalez, Chandler, Az.
