There is a 12m heatable swimming pool, extensive gardens, Wi-Fi, , Satellite TV, 4 Air Conditioned bedrooms and the villa accommodates a maximum of 8 people.

There are a total of five bedrooms, four with ensuite bathrooms (3 with bath/shower, 1 with shower only), a large sitting room with an open fireplace, dining room, TV/reading room, and a charming country style kitchen.

One of the most enchanting features is the huge terraces upstairs and the equally large terrace at the ground level, both with extensive views and a variety of seating areas. There is a large swimming pool with sunbathing terrace with teak sun loungers. There is also a barbecue terrace with a beautiful round dining table with 'lazy susan' and integrated umbrella and comfy seats with a fire pit. There is also table tennis and table football for guests to enjoy during their stay!

Please be aware:
we advise that this property is not suitable for toddlers. The grounds of Ca’n Punxa are divided into various terraces and include many steps making it dangerous for unsupervised children.
The pool is also unfenced.
