Aktivurlaub, aber auch Erholungsurlaub mit Freunden

Das Haus war perfekt für uns 3 Paare. Die Lage war auch super, da es sehr ruhig war.Das Haus beinhaltet alles was man benötigt.Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war über WhatsApp und es hat alles gut funktioniert. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir schon von kleinen Snacks, Obst und Getränken überrascht.Man kann zu Fuß in das kleine Städtchen Pollenca laufen und dort findet man alles was das Herz begehrt.Mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell imTramuntana Gebirge oder am Meer.Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal in diese Gegend reisen und gerne auch das Haus noch mal anmieten.Vielen Dank

Top Fincaurlaub 2024

Unsere Erwartungen bezüglich Finca und Garten wurden nicht enttäuscht. Alles ist sehr großzügig ausgelegt und top gepflegt. Der Check-in -auch am späten Abend nach 23h- wurde perfekt organisiert. Der gefüllte Kühlschrank - überragend! Die Betreuung durch den Eigentümer war sowohl vor als auch während unseres Aufenthaltes ausgezeichnet. Die Kissenauflagen bei den Sitzmöglichkeiten im Terrassenbereich könnten etwas komfortabler sein. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Wir können die Finca sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely tranquil stay

The property is spacious and well maintained. The owner's communication was faultless and the welcome pack very generous. We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and tranquility offered at this villa. The garden makes for a lovely rural setting, with the occasional visit from local goats. There's no a/c in the living area which made it stifling but the large ceiling fans helped. I think light curtains to block out the sun would help. We mainly sat outside with plenty of citronella and repellent! A/c in bedrooms was appreciated, if a little noisy.

Fantastic Villa

We had a one week stay here and loved the place. Very spacious, the check in process was v straightforward. Excellent communication with the Villa manager who was very friendly. The team had laid out some food and drinks for us on arrival which was a fantastic touch. The location is excellent - shopping centre for supplies only down the road and the main beach is only 10 mins away by car. The pool is large and the garden is lovely including nice BBQ area. We would happily come back to this villa again.

Perfect location, green and quiite.

Lovely house with a lot of space in the garden and indoor. Clean and tidy. Perfect pool. The pictures tell the trooth🤗! We preferred to stay at the house in the evenings and enjoy making food. Everything worked perfect. And the sweet cat helt us with company….

Perfekt für Ruhe suchende

Diese wunderschön gelegene und top gepflegte Finca liegt nur 3 Autominuten von Polenca entfernt. Sie bietet alles was man sich für einen entspannten Aufenthalt wünschen kann. Umgeben von einem liebevoll angelegten Garten mit einem großzügigen Pool kann man hier auch in der Hochsaison absolute Ruhe genießen. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt auf 6 Gäste abgestimmt. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit hochwertigen Geräten und sämtlichen Küchenutensilien lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die reizenden Gastgeber haben uns sogar einen vollen Kühlschrank bereitgestellt. Ein Grillplatz mit Grillkohle, Anzündern, etc. und ein Tischtennistisch mit Zubehör runden das perfekte Bild ab. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Wonderful Villa!

Hosts, Rafael and his wife were charming and very informative. The villa is really lovely and extremely well equipped - more like your own home than a rental. On arrival the kitchen was stocked with an abundance of complimentary food and drink which we so appreciated. The villa is on the outskirts of Pollenca in a quiet, rural, area but only a few minutes drive to the Eroski supermarket. We, (three generations of a family) had a tremendous week and really enjoyed the pool, the villa and in fact the whole of Mallorca. Thank you so much.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub in der Finca

Wir genossen unseren Familienurlaub in der wunderschönen und ruhigen Finca. Es war sauber, alles notwendige war vorhanden…und noch viel mehr. Die sehr netten Vermieter gingen auf unsere Wünsche ein und erteilten hilfreiche Tips zu Marktbesuchen, Geschäften und Restaurants. Wir haben uns am sehr großen Pool und in der Finca wohl gefühlt. Als kleine Verbesserung würden uns nur Moskitonetze an den Fenstern einfallen. Danke für eine rundum schöne Zeit.

Lovely relaxing vacation

A wonderful villa nestled in a quiet area but within waking distance of Pollenca town (20 mins) and a 5-10 minute drive to the Port. The hosts were extremely welcoming and informative . We were particularly impressed by the drinks, fresh fruits, bread, eggs etc left for us on arrival for our first breakfast. It was a small touch that meant a great deal after a long and tiring journey. The property was as expected and the gardens are mature, secluded and full of wildlife - we also have a number of cats and goats visiting us throughout the day . We did not use the pool as much as we wanted to but that was partly due to the weather. However it was a decent size and there were plenty of comfortable sun loungers too. We particularly appreciated the variety of places to have drink outside in the mornings and the evenings. A wonderful relaxing stay - thank you .

Superb villa, warm welcome.

A truly wonderful villa in extended beautiful gardens, with excellent facilities and a perfect pool. Our welcome was extremely warm and included a lovely touch of pre-stocking the fridge with some essentials for our first night. Communications throughout with the family were excellent and they responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay about restaurants, directions etc. Ten minutes drive to both Pollença and Puerto Pollença and just five minutes to multiple supermarkets. A 10/10 villa and we will definitely be back.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb der nächsten Stadt, somit ist es angenehm ruhig. Im Haus selbst vermisst man nichts, die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Volle Empfehlung!

Beautiful Villa in tranquil setting

We had a wonderful week at Rafa and Joana's lovely villa in the semi rural area of La Font, set in a peaceful location yet close enough to be able to walk into Pollenca old town (35 minutes) and a very short drive to the Supermarket and the Port. We arrived late at night and we were overwhelmed by the generosity of the hosts making sure that we had plenty of food and drinks in the fridge and a bowl full of fruit. Highly recommended, we will definitely be staying again.

Alles absolut schön und perfekt!!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt vom Anfang bis zum Ende genossen : ein wunderschönes Haus,das keine Wünsche offen lässt,alles liebevoll eingerichtet ,rein gar nichts hat gefehlt - wir haben noch nie(nach 28 Aufenthalten auf Mallorca in unterschiedlichen Häusern!!)ein so perfektes Haus bewohnt!!!Auch das liebenswerte Vermieterehepaar hat uns begeistert!!!!Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!Danke!!Danke!!Danke!!!

Schönes Haus, sehr schöner Garten, die Vermieter haben sich bestens um uns gekümmert. Katzenbesuch. Wir (zwei empfindliche Nasen) fanden zu Beginn die Reinigungsmittel des frisch geputzten Hauses und den Weichspüler der Handtücher zu geruchsintensiv. Wir haben hier gleich wieder gebucht… Beautiful house, very nice garden, the landlords took good care of us. Cat visit. At the beginning, we (two sensitive noses) found the cleaning agents of the freshly cleaned house and the fabric softener of the towels too odour-intensive. We booked here again right away…

All perfekt!

We had a great time at this beautiful finca. When we arrived at the house in the late evening, we were welcomed by Rafael, who showed us around. As a nice surprise the fridge was filled with beverages and food, wine and fruits. The house is very spacious and everyone has enough privacy. There are some steps even on the ground floor so the house is not suitable for people with walking disability. The finca is surrounded by the beautiful and quiet garden with lots of opportunities to sit in the sun or shaded. Pollença itself is a short drive away and a nice little town with shops and restaurants. Our favourite restaurant is La Braseria close to the finca. Delicious food and good wine. At the Agromart you find local products and biological brands. The kitchen is well equipped so you can prepare your own meals. For us, the house and the surrounding were the right choice and we would like to come back. Thanks for having us!

Tolles Haus

Das Haus ist groß und in einem super Zustand. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, auch wir hatten einen reichlich gefüllten Kühlschrank bei Ankunft. Wir waren Ende März dort und vor dem Kamin war es wunderbar gemütlich und warm. Aber auch den tollen Garten (und sogar den Pool) konnten wir nutzen.

Wunderschön

Die Villa ist wie beschrieben :großzügig, sauber, hell und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Der Pool so groß, dass wir sogar sportlich hin und her schwimmen konnten. Die pittoreske Stadt Pollença ist so nah, dass wir regelmäßig dort Essen waren.

What a great place!!

We spent 2 great weeks in this wonderful house. What you see on the pictures is what you get and we all thought it was absolutely perfect. The house has everything you could possibly want, the location, close to Polleca is amazing, the garden is great, there is more than enough shadow for the hot days, the pool is great and the beds are really good. We were with a family of 5. There was more than enough space for all of us. It's the sort of place you really want to return to! Thank you Joana and Rafael for your kindness and support!!

Wonderful Stay

Thank you to our hosts Rafael and Joana. Our family had a fantastic stay at your beautiful, well equipped villa. Everything was perfect. Ein toller Urlaub

Die Finca ist wie auf den Bildern gezeigt sehr schön, super geräumig, für uns 3 schon fast zu groß, alles sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Toll ist es, dass gleich zu Beginn eine Grundausstattung für Lebensmittel bereitgestellt wird, dann muss man nicht unbedingt am Anreisetag gleich einkaufen. Allerdings sind Lebensmittelgeschäfte mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten schnell zu erreichen. Der Garten ist schön eingewachsen, der Pool super schön. Vielleicht wären noch 1-2 kleine Schirme als Sonnenschutz gut, die Bäume spenden aber auch etwas Schatten. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!
