NYTT FÖR 2020

Vita huset är ett rymligt hus med 3 sovrum på södra Isle of Man. Fastigheten ligger bara några minuters promenad från sandstranden i Gansey-bukten, och ligger nära badstäderna Port Erin och Port St Mary.

Egenskaperna söderifrån bakifrån drar nytta av en stor privat trädgård som är en riktig suntrap under sommarmånaderna. Inuti hela huset har nyligen renoverats till moderna standarder med golvvärme i hela. Tre sovrum erbjuder alla härlig utsikt över havet och landsbygden, med dubbelsängen ett eget badrum. Fastigheten har också ett familjebadrum på första våningen som har badkar och dusch.

Nedervåningen ger ett stort vardagsrum gott om utrymme och sittplatser för alla och det finns också en separat matsal med angränsande kök.

Fastigheten drar nytta av privat parkering på uppfarten, och det finns också en liten skjul som kan användas för förvaring av cyklar eller utomhusutrustning.

Från dörren är det bara en kort promenad till The Shore Hotel, en pub som erbjuder bra hemlagad mat och äkta öl. Raad ny Foillans kuststig passerar också i närheten, liksom Isle of Man Steam Railway.

Our September holiday, Port St Mary

The white house,is located in a quiet road and rural surroundings, easy to find, and we were very impressed with the interior, facilities, decoration and quality. The house has everything you could possibly need for a great stay on the Island. It has a lovely large garden, with large patio area, all well kept and ideal for eating outside. The house is in a great position for exploring the Island,and we would recommend it to anyone. We are already looking forward to next year's visit, in the White house

Lovely house location not as described

The house is extremely comfortable and the garden is pleasant. The facilities in the most part are excellent.thr island escapes team were fantastic and super helpful even when things went a bit wrong with our travel plans The only disappointment was the location of the house Vs the described location. The house is approximately 5 mins walk down the side of a road with no footpaths and across a busy road to the beach which didn't meet the described stones throw in our opinion. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but we're a little disappointed in the distance to and safety of the route to the nearest beach as we have a youngish family.

Perfect accommodation for our stay

Perfect place to stay for a long weekend

Very convenient location for sight-seeing around the South of the Island. Great food at the Shore Hotel only a few minutes walk away. Lovely comfortable house, well equipped and very clean.

Great stay - lovely property

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the White House Port St Mary - ideal property for 3 of us and excellent location for exploring IOM which we absolutely loved. Initial issue with a loose shower tap was resolved promptly via customer care team. Helpful hints for future stays: Non slip shower mats: Additional black kitchen bin bags.

Perfect Location

Fabulous Few Days!

Stayed at the White House for 4 nights over the Easter holidays on a family trip to the Island. Having grown up here I wanted to share the Island with my children. What a gorgeous location the White House was - close to the airport and main roads to explore all the Island’s sites but wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The house had everything we could want and was so comfortable! It’s perfectly equipped for a family - 2 bathrooms and a lovely sized lounge and dining room. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with the added bonus of a washer/dryer so that any dirty clothes could washed and dried ready for the next outing! My youngest son also loved watching the rabbits who visited the garden! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

We stayed over new year and the house if comfortable and toasty warm..

We all loved our stay at the White House over new year. Two minute walk to the beach and 5 mins to one of the nicest pubs. The house had everything we needed and we would highly recommend this.

Lovely Stay

Just what others have already said really. Lovely quiet location a few minutes walk to the beach and pub. The dining room chairs had just been replaced when we arrived as others had mentioned they were getting on a bit. I would recommend for a relaxing place to stay with horses in the field next door and cows over the road.

Great place to stay

Home from home

We had a wonderful time staying at The White House. Everything was clean and comfortable. All our needs were taken care of, so we felt as though we could happily live there indefinitely! Beach 200m away, and the Shore pub/hotel 5 mins walk.

Great Cottage

Lovely stay at the White House making our first visit to the Isle Of Man very enjoyable. Peaceful location and within walking distance to great pub/restuarant. Large supermarket in Port Erin. Cooking equipement basic but adequate otherwise could not fault it. Beware driveway ok for a small car, might be a squeeze for a large SUV.

Rent a car for this lovely home stay

We had a very enjoyable stay at the White House. A couple of helpful hints for those coming from coffee loving America.....there is no drip coffee maker. Also, we did not have a car and relied on buses for transportation around the island. It is quite a walk with luggage to the house from the closest bus stops. Island Escapes was very nice to work with throughout the pandemic cancelations and just answering general questions that we had. The house was super clean! There are also a few horses to make friends with in the field next to the house. Very short walk to the beach.
