Casa Maria is the perfect place for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. It is situated in the Faro Park area of Playa Blanca

case Maria is on an impressive , large south facing plot. The terrace is perfect for sunbathing and swimming.

It has all the comforts of home you would expect and is furnished to a very high standard to give you the perfect holiday you deserve.

Sun worshippers can make the most of the terrace and enjoy the all year round sunshine. The private pool is heated to a constant 28 degrees. There is also a hot tub

There is a selection of seating options in the garden including ratten sun loungers, ratten sofa and ratten armchairs.

For those who prefer shade there is also shaded areas for seating and dining.

Casa Maria has the bonus of a large communal pool which is accessible to all guests.

Case Maria has marble floors throughout with high ceilings which provide a cool environment when a break from the sun is called for.

Louvred shutters to the bedroom windows provide a welcome flow of cool air during the hotter summer months.

The lounge area has high speed WiFi , 50 inch flat screen TV and a TV package which has over 100 English channels. There is also a boss sound system to allow you to listen to your own favourite music.

A local supermarket for essentials is a two minute walk away and all the facilities at Faro Park including the cosmopolitan array of cafes, bars and restaurants are a 5 minute walk.

Prices are based on 2 people. There is an extra charge of £15pp/ pn for 3rd/4th persons. EASTER, 11/4/25 to 26/4/25 and CHRISTMAS, 17/12/25 to 30/12/25 is £200 night

Fabulous Villa

Casa Maria is a fabulous villa with everything you need for a great holiday. Very clean and well equip with a lovely area outside to relax and enjoy the pool. Loved the welcome pack too … we will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful Stay at Casa Maria

Having stayed in the area numerous times over the years, this was our first time at Casa Maria . The villa is first class, very comfortable accommodation with everything you need . A proper home from home and we were delighted to find a welcome pack of essentials on arrival which was very much appreciated . The villa is located in a lovely quiet area but is conveniently located close to local restaurants, supermarkets and transport . Communication with the owner Rosemarie was excellent. Would certainly recommend staying here and hope to return soon.

Stunning villa

The Villa is lovely plenty of space big pool plenty of seating. Although it is in a quiet place it suited us fine we got to use the Villa in peace in the day then went to town in evening. The people that look after the Villa for the owner is never around or the office is never open , the Villa wasn’t cleaned before we arrived or through out our stay although it says in welcome book that it will be , we had to buy new mops and brush so we could do this ourselves. The owner is obviously not aware so please don’t let this stop you from booking Villa it’s one of the best we have stayed in just check your invoice because we were charged for the service by the Villa management and you don’t get it .

Nefastos anfitriones.

Mucho cuidado con esta gente! Intentarán estafarte alegando suciedad, averías o cualquier otra cosa para añadir cargos a la estancia, una vez acabada. Por el contrario, si tienes algún problema durante la estancia pasan de ti. Nosotros les avisamos el segundo día de que no se veían las cadenas españolas en la TV, y con excusas absurdas por su parte, nos marchamos al cabo de una semana sin que hicieran nada por solucionarlo. Nada recomendable.

Lovely Week

We just got back from a week at Casa Maria. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised. Very peaceful location, lovely villa and pool. Would not hesitate to recommend and would love to return. Thank you Rosemarie.
