Denna vackra villa med 2 sovrum, med marmorgolv i hela, är möblerad till hög standard och ger hög komfort. Den har sin egen privata, elektriskt uppvärmda pool, med off road parkering och har en extremt stor solterrass med muromgärdade trädgårdar och en sten BBQ. Det är bara en 5 minuters bilresa från den största orten i Playa Blanca och bara några minuters promenad från det lokala bageriet / kaféet, 2 stormarknader, en mängd olika barer, plus en spansk restaurang och en italiensk restaurang. Villa Vista finns att hyra under hela året och har regelbundna gäster som är ett bevis på dess popularitet och höga standard.

Very nice spacious villa in a very good location for the local shops, restaurants and bars also close to the coastal footpath.Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, and good outside space all made the stay lovely.

Peaceful villa. Great host.

The Villa is in the perfect location and incredibly quiet.Our host Denise and the local management team were very responsive & nice people.The beds were the most comfortable we've ever experienced in a villa and we've stayed in a lot! The Villa has everything you need. A new pool cover was being measured for while we were there.Overall the villa was competitively priced.

Well equipped villa, within earshot of the sea. Absolutely spotless. Only issue, a basic flat sheet would have been good, instead of really thick duvet.

Month in the sun

Had a lovely holiday in the sun. The villa was in a great location with shops and restaurants nearby. Loved the pool and the weather was fabulous.

Lovely villa near the sea

The villa is comfortable and clean. All amenities, including heated pool, hot water, TV channels, etc, work perfectly. Villa manager is very responsive. Really enjoyed our stay in this extra quiet end of Faro Park.

Comfortable Property in Quiet Location

Comfortable property in residential area so away from the main tourist areas but easy access via hire car or presumably buses which run every 30 mins, from by the shops/restaurants.

Spacious, comfortable villa in a lovely quiet area.

The owner was very helpful and promptly replied to all communications. The villa is well equipped with modern appliances, the outside space is open and uncluttered with enough comfortable sunbeds, tables and chairs. Nice heated pool, which we used-in January! We also appreciated the cosy, enclosed dining room on cooler evenings. The situation is within earshot of the sea and in easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. A further visit is planned.

Just what we hoped for

Particularly enjoyed the peace of the surroundings and the proximity of restaurants, buses, supermarket all a few minutes walk away. Lovely easy stroll into Playa Blanca along the sea walk. Friendly helpful arrival.

Ideally pal ed for all local amenities, fantastic communication and guidance from host. Very clean.

The property is 5 minutes walk from bats, restaurants and supermarkets, communication from host was terrific, very detailed explanation of route from airport to villa by car, great overview of the local area and places to visit. Would suit those looking for a quieter holiday.

A lovely villa in an quiet location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa had everything we could need and the heated pool was a real bonus. We know the area well and have stayed there many times before. The local supermarket and restaurants are excellent. If you want peace and quiet with easy bus access into Playa Blanca I would highly recommend this villa. The communication with the owner was also excellent. We will be back!

Comfortable base

Good base, not too far from Playa Blanca, but it would be difficult without a car. Everything you needed was in the property and the terrace and pool area was great for sunbathing/relaxing. Although heated, the pool was still a bit cool for me, maybe because the air temperature was not that high.

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our time at the Villa, it was quiet and private which is what we wanted from our holiday. The host provided us with lots of information regarding the area and the island which we referred to on several occasions and was very helpful. We hired a car during our stay which was handy for exploring the island and carting shopping home. The villa was perfectly clean and all the amenities were working / there. The pool area is amazing to relax & have a nice swim to cool down from the heat. Overall a very good holiday & would stay again.

Perfect Villa, perfect location

Stayed here early March and had a wonderful stay. Villa is clean, comfortable, and great location! Lovely sized private, heated pool (there is a larger communal pool also on the estate) that is situated in a quiet residential area. Five minutes walk to some excellent restaurants and couple of supermarkets one way and two minutes walk to coastal path the other way. You can stroll into centre of Playa in 50/60 mins along the beautiful coast or catch bus from front of restaurants (half hourly) for just €1.40. All in all, can’t fault Faro Park or the lovely villa we stayed in. Just perfect for a relaxing holiday!

Great place to recharge

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa. It was a real home from home. We have rented villa’s in Faro Park before and we would have no hesitation in recommending this one. Tucked away in a quiet area of Playa Blanca with a row of restaurants serving a great selection of reasonably priced dishes, 2 supermarkets, 3 bars and a bakery only a few minutes walk away, this really was a great area to rest, relax and recharge your batteries. A big thanks to Denise for allowing us use of her villa and we hope to use it again in the future.

My husband, Des, and I (Denise) live in Wexford, known as the "sunny south east" in Ireland. We both love the sun and the kind of life that Lanzarote offers and we look forward to the day when we can kick back and spend up to half the year there. In the meantime, we are happy to open up our little villa and give you the opportunity to enjoy it as much we do.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We fell in love with Lanzarote within hours of our first trip there. The weather is an obvious plus but we found the whole atmosphere and appearance of Lanzarote so much more relaxing and enjoyable than either Tenerife or Gran Canaria. Once we had decided on Lanzarote we told the Estate Agent what we were looking for and he suggested Playa Blanca. Again, as soon as we went there we fell in love with it, and our little villa as soon as we saw them. Playa Blanca has plenty to offer in terms of shops, bars, restaurants and beaches and plenty more and we just enjoy the pace there a lot more than Puerto del Carmen. (We do, however, love popping over to Puerto del Carmen to visit friends when we are all in Lanzarote at the same time).

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We love the fact that we are so close to the sea (2 minutes from our villa) and have enjoyed many a walk along the sea front right into Playa Blanca (about a 50 minute walk). We are within minutes walk of a selection of restaurants, bars and mini markets when we want to stay local but the trip into Playa Blanca itself is less than a 10 minute drive by car and only costs €5 by taxi.
Our property is very private, entirely surrounded by wall and has a large terrace with a gated pool area - great security and peace of mind when small children are around. Our villa has been described as "comfortable", "homely" and "spotlessly clean"...it literally is our home away from home and we think you will love it as much as we do.
