The Antonio López apartment is located in the southern area of Madrid, near Matadero. Well connected by metro and bus to the city centre, with the Marqués de Vadillo metro stop very close by.

Situated on the banks of the Manzanares river, very close to Madrid Río, a huge park with a bike lane and space to carry out all kinds of outdoor activities, go for a walk, do sport, disconnect, with the Antonio López shopping centre, Matadero Museum, a space that houses contemporary shows and exhibitions right next door.

The apartment:
It is located in a building with a lift, on the third floor. It has WiFi connection. A great opportunity to discover the city of Madrid!
It has an area of 65 m², consists of two bedrooms, can accommodate six people and offers its guests a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The living room is an open space with a fresh decor, a sofa bed and a nice dining table.
The modern and bright open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including high-end appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, individual gas boiler, air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
This wonderful apartment has two bathrooms, both with shower cubicles.

The main bedroom is very bright, has an external window and has a double bed and good storage capacity thanks to its wardrobes. The second bedroom, also with an external window, has two single beds.

It has underfloor cooling and heating, an innovative system that avoids the need for radiators and air conditioning units.

This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within about 200 metres of the apartment.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out in May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established protocols of the property.
