Inom gångavstånd till alla !! Exklusiv enhet på fjärde våningen med fri utsikt över viken i hjärtat av Gulf Shores Entertainment District. Det finns inte en bättre plats i Gulf Shores !! Poolen är unikt belägen i Seawind och ligger inte under enhetens balkong. Så när du kopplar av på balkongen kan du bara njuta av utsikten utan poolbuller. Denna enhet rymmer åtta med en främre sovrum med bukten i fronten, ett andra sovrum med en dubbelsäng och bifogat badrum, ett våningssäng för barn och bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Om du gillar att titta på viken medan du lägger dig i sängen kommer du att älska den här enheten !! När du kommer in i enheten dras du till de fantastiska utsikten och ljuden i viken. Den här enheten ligger på Seawinds direkta Gulffront .... inga sidovyer från denna enhet .... komplett viken från öst till väst. När du har ordnat dig kommer du att inse att du har allt du behöver för din semester. Har unga med dig ... inga problem vi har ett paket och lek och barnstol ... inget behov av att packa det! Vi bor lokalt och älskar att dela lokal information och tips för att göra din vistelse till den bästa semesterupplevelsen du har när du besöker våra sockersandstränder!

Förutom det underbara läget i byggnaden är du inom gångavstånd till så mycket !! Gå till flera restauranger, barer, shopping och den nya parken Gulf Shores Beach. Slåss inte om parkering när du deltar i alla Gulf Shores-festivaler .... promenad från Seawind.

Great location

Great location, within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. Beach is beautiful, excursion bookings right in front of complex on the beach. If you are wanting a pool to lounge and swim in go elsewhere. Indoor/outdoor pool was closed when we were there and the outdoor pool is tiny without any lounge chairs, etc. Our 3 year old loved the kids pool however it was very cold and a lot of adults using the lounge chairs to suntan without kids so seating for us with kids was minimal depending on the time. The complex is aged and run down. We didn’t have elevator issues like others mentioned. The unit was dated and very lived in. A deep cleaning and updating is needed. There’s moisture damage in the bathrooms that needs fixed as well as the flooring in the living room. We were the “first” guests of the season so a couple hiccups but the host was very communicative and got what we needed within an hour of letting her know. Having a local host who handles that is priceless imo. TVs in rooms were a hit for our kids as well as the games. We played games every night as a family and made some good memories. Sand toys supplied were awesome to have. We didn’t see any beach chairs but could have just looked over them. Overall we had a wonderful stay but wish it was a bit cleaner, updated, and had a true pool. Host was amazing and very informative and helpful with recommendations.

Fantastic Stay

Communication with host was a breeze. Immediate responses. Getting the 2nd parking pass was seamless. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Fridge & Air condition worked well. Would recommend!

Great for large families

My family and I stayed here for our first family trip to the beach. We have 4 boys that range in age 13-1 year old. So having easy beach and pool access was a must and this property delivered on both! Great location near the island mart and within walking distance to several restaurants.

Beautiful view- home away from home

Check in and communication with owner was easy! View from balcony was amazing. Sunsets and sunrises right there. Plenty of room, kitchen stocked with almost all the things you’d need (except pizza cutter lol), beach chair, beach toys. The elevator and parking sometimes was the only bad thing about the stay. We enjoyed our time there!

Great location! Great stay!

My family of 5 had the best vacation here. This place is exactly as described. Plenty of room for all of us to hang out and loved the separate bedrooms for everyone. The deck is great and we spent a ton of time out there enjoying the view. The beach is very close and walking distance. The pool on the property is nice as well. The elevators do take some time to get to you, but you’re on vacation so normally not in too big of a hurry. Parking spaces are very tight in some areas but if you go up to the outside parking area, you have more room. We had a great family vacation and staying at this condo made it even better. Would love to stay again!

Loved our getaway!

Always a great time at Gulf Shores. Really enjoyed this property. Located right in the middle of all the action and a great spot for family to enjoy the kiddie pool and beach.

Excellent Vacation

We loved our 7 day stay. It really was the perfect location spot. We were close enough to walk to places but far enough away for peace and quiet. There is a market directly across the street. Angela was great. She quickly responded to any questions we had. The condo was great. It was very clean and came equipped with everything we needed. We had a nice view of the ocean and I spent a lot of time during the evenings on the balcony listening to the ocean and reading. It was an extremely busy July 4th week and the elevator traffic could get difficult but we quickly settled into a routine and figured out the best time to go up and down. We did not use the pool but passed it daily and it was very child friendly. I would stay here again and highly recommend the condo.

Enjoyed our stay!

We loved staying at the Seawind! I found it to be just as it is advertised, neat & clean plus conveniently situated. We were pleasantly surprised to have beach toys/gear for the kids since we left ours at home! The bunks were suitable for our littles (just maybe not adults). Our host was VERY friendly accommodating & responsive. Would definitely recommend, and will 100% be booking this unit again.

Best condo we've stayed at in Gulf Shores. Elevators doing better this year and being on 4th floor makes it easy to take steps if necessary. We plan on coming back in a couple years. Thanks for the great experience and easy going check in/out process!

Excellent Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Angela was extremely helpful, and quick to answer any questions or issues that arose. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone considering staying in the Gulf Shores area. It is less than a 10 minute walk to The Hangout, and directly on the beach. The unit was clean and well appointed. We have zero complaints. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Friend Trip

The condo was absolutely great! It had everything we needed for our weekend friends trip. The only complaint was some people said the bunk beds were too firm and the second bedroom had loud springs in it. Other than that it was in a perfect location and we had a blast. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing trip to the beach.

Property owner was awesome

Angela stayed in touch with us from the time we booked until we checked in. She was great. Room had everything we needed plus extra. There was plenty of towels, blankets, pillows and we didn’t have to buy sand toys or things needed for the beach. Everything was clean, view was great and location was awesome. Seawind could work on the elevator situation but the room made up for that headache. Definitely recommend.

Great stay - great host

March '23: Property is as advertised and Angela is a fantastic host. Highly recommended for anyone considering this unit. We had our family with two young kids and it worked great for us. Kitchen is very well stocked and bedding plus bath towels are plentiful. Small details like good internet wifi and satellite TV were huge benefits. In unit laundry worked great and there's a vacuum so we cleaned up our sand daily. Lots of patio and beach chairs and toys for the kids.

Great stay

My mom and daughter had an awesome and amazing stay. Had some housekeeping issues and Angela came over herself and immediately took care of them. Great host!! She was available during our entire stay and even when I could not find previously sent codes to access property amenities, she immediately sent them to me. Condo was fully stocked with everything required, even extra blankets. The balcony was the best, being able to drink coffee in the AM while looking at the beach! Wondeful! Will be staying again!!

EXCELLENT Beach Weekend!

Angela was a joy to work with. The unit was the perfect size for our family, and the views are amazing. We didn't notice any noise from neighbors, the garage, or outside and will absolutely stay again. The only con was the elevator area on the ground floor was being retiled. We were told this before booking but didn't realize it would mean the elevators on the 1st floor would be off limits. This posed a problem for my disabled vet husband, but it did not ruin the trip at all. Just was a hassle more than anything. Again...we had a blast here!

Fantastic unit and stay!

What a great week we had! Love the convenient location of this building. Close to everything yet still a feeling of not being too near anyone else. The unit was a great size for our family. We had everything we needed for our stay, including a nice size bottle of dish soap, and yummy scented liquid hand soaps in the bathrooms and the kitchen. A nice homey touch! We had a good laugh when we found a very blackened and charred loaf of bread in the oven! There were board games in the unit that we played and an assortment of beach toys that we did not use. It was generally a quiet building. It is a non-smoking building, including the balconies, but we could still smell smokers from the balcony. The beach itself was amazing. Not too crowded and beach service is available or bring your own set-up as we did. You’re right next door to Sea and Suds which was convenient to step off the beach and enjoy seafood and drinks. There’s a great convenience store across the street for anything you may need. This unit is definitely on our list to return to!

They wanted their guests to have the personal touch and level of service while on their vacation. So now I manage their unit also.
