Denna bekvämt inredda och bekvämt belägen lägenhet är perfekt för en familjesemester! Vi är inom gångavstånd från flera restauranger, och sockersandstränderna ligger bara några steg bort. Vyerna är spektakulära från sol upp till solnedgången !!
CONDO BESKRIVNING: Vardagsrummet har en drottning bäddsoffa, en bekväm fåtölj och en vilstol, och en platt-TV med DVD-spelare. Matsalen sitter fyra på glasbordet med extra sittplats för två i frukostbaren. Köket är fullt utrustat för dina matlagningsbehov. Den innehåller skålen, glasvaror, silver, vanliga köksredskap, krukor / kokkärl / skålar och små apparater som kaffekanna, brödrost, mixer och burköppnare. De stora apparaterna inkluderar intervall, kylskåp med ismaskin, diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn. Apparaten är rostfritt stål. Bänkskivan är granit. Tvättstugan innehåller en full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare, strykbräda och strykjärn, plus torkställ och dammsugare. Det stora sovrummet har tillgång till balkongen genom skjutdörrar. Den innehåller en king size-säng, byrå med förråd, en plattskärms-TV med DVD-spelare och två nattstativ med lampor. Befälhavaren badkar har dusch / badkar kombination och granit bänkskivor. Det stora sovrummet har också en stor klädkammare. Gäst sovrummet har en queen size-säng, byrå, och plattskärms-TV med DVD-spelare. Våningssängrummet har en uppsättning våningssängar och en stor byrå. Alla rum har ny matta - så comfy på fötterna !! Balkongen har ett bord med 4 stolar och två extra solstolar.
Den Seawind byggnaden har en noll inträde kiddie pool med stänk funktioner, plus en regelbunden uppvärmd pool. Det finns en fullt utrustad träningsanläggning tillgänglig för dig. Byggnaden har också flera kolgrillar på bottenvåningen för dina grillbehov (kol och ljusvätska är gästens ansvar.)

Perfect Paradise

Nothing in this condo home needs to be changed…it was perfectly furnished, stocked with supplies, and spotlessly clean. Super comfy furniture, best comfortable beds ever, fluffy white towels. Home decor here is excellent, beautiful colors and art work. And the beach view was unbelievable. Complete views of both sunrise And sunset!

Great Condo

Condo was nice, great view, clean, plenty of room, easy check in. Location is walking distance to Hangout, shopping and food. Lots of parking. Elevators at the complex were a mess. about half the time one of the two were down. Long waits to go up to the room or back down to the beach.

Excellent Stay !!!

Highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be staying here again! The view was beautiful! The condo and stay itself was very comfortable! The Market/Sure Style directly across the street was very convenient. All the souvenir shops and The Hangout is in very close walking distance! Walmart is 1.3 miles up the road. The only downfall was the elevators. One of them would stop working during a certain time of the day which caused us to wait 20+ minutes and would have to ride all the way up and back down stopping at every floor. We were told it was due to the condo getting struck my lightning in a storm a week or so before. Other than the elevators, this was overall a wonderful place to stay!!!

We enjoyed our stay except 1of the 2 elevators were down most of our stay. We ended up leaving a day early due to wait 30-45 minutes for an elevator or having to use the stairs. The host was awesome and replied quickly to any questions we had( the problem was out of their control) Would stay here again if the complex gets the elevator issues under control.

Great place

It was our first time to go to gulf shores Alabama and it was amazing ! The condo was perfect and great for my husband to get around being in a wheelchair. It was close to walk to restaurants or stores . The beach was as right in walking distance. We definitely will be back !

Kids loved the splash pad!

The owner was wonderful and easy to correspond with through text or email. The condo met all our needs and is in a great location. The splash pad was perfect for the little ones (ages 1,2 and 3!) if I had a complaint it would be the length of time it took to get an elevator at certain times of the day.

Great Place

I don't think I can say anything more than some of the other reviews. Sharyl was excellent to work with and the building staff were very friendly and prompt. We liked the size of the bedrooms, bathrooms and balcony. The condo was nicely decorated and the new walk-in shower in the main bedroom was so nice. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants and stores including a small market. And let's not forget the view of the gulf. That was wonderful. Coffee on the balcony in the morning was so relaxing.

Peaceful vacation

The condo was perfect for my family of four. I had to reach out to the owner on a small issue and she responded very quickly and was very apologetic and helpful. It couldn't have been handled any better. Loved the condo. There is not a better location anywhere. There was a restaurant on the beach that was awesome if you didn't want to drive and the food was delicious. Shops across the street. I wouldn't think of staying in any other location. I plan on traveling down to same location next year and will use the same owner who is awesome. It was a very peaceful and restful vacation.

EXCELLENT!!!

Trust that the info you get from Sharyl Serafin is going to be the most honest, best info you could ask for. We loved our stay. Four adults shared this space and it was perfect for us. Everything in the condo is as Sharyl explains, great communication. The view is amazing and the restaurants are all around you. You can literally walk everywhere. If you just want to relax and enjoy the drinks, food, beach and views, this is your place. Thank you Sharyl for a great stay!! Hope to see you next year!!

Relaxing and Fun

This was a great girls get away! The condo was very clean and spacious! Watched the dolphins from our balcony and ate some delicious seafood at nearby restaurants!! I would definitely stay here again!!

EXCELLENT!

My husband and I booked this condo and brought along 6 teenagers. The condo was perfect! Even the things we forget were there! The girls enjoyed lounging on the beach all day while the boys explored the beach, shops and local restaurants! The water was clear and the waves gentle. This will be our go to spot from now on!

Fantastic beach get-away!

Beautiful condo that was overlooking the beach and conveniently located. Sharyl was easy to get in touch with and very responsive to any questions or concerns. Only downside is that the elevators take 15-20 min during peak hours (3-6 according to attendant). We didn’t mind taking stairs 9 floors, but you are forced to wait when you are arriving and departing with a loaded cart.

Wonderful place on the beach

The condo was very clean and the price was very reasonable. Check in was so easy; the owners sent the code to the door ahead of time, so at check in time we walked right into the condo. It is located right across from the elevator, but outside noise was never a problem. Owners were easy to deal with and left us with contact information, but we never needed it. The pools and workout facility were very nice and clean. The parking garage was packed at night, but the security guard always made us a place to park and was so nice. Would love to stay here again!

almost fun in the sun

Everything was great except for the way the rules are on the beach. If you bring a tent for your family, the chair rental people have taken over the beach. No tents allowed near the water so if you have children, you can NOT set up your tent close to the water in order to watch them. The umbrellas block the view of the water so if you are sitting in chairs under your tent, you cannot see the edge of the water. You pay a lot of money to sit on the beach but if you don't pay $40 a day to rent their chair/umbrella, you will not sit close to the water. This needs to change. It put a real sour taste in our mouth about Gulf Shores and we probably will not go back for this reason. I understand that there are people who fly down and can't bring beach chairs, etc to the beach but there should be a happy medium without having to load up all your stuff and go to a very small public area way down from your condo.
