The accommodation, of 50 square meters, has been recently renovated and is for the exclusive use of its guests. Functional in all its parts, it is located on the second floor (accessible by stairs only) of a historic building in Ortigia, a stone's throw from the sea and the main places of interest. It is divided into two levels, connected by an elegant illuminated staircase. At the entrance there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a living area with 2 armchairs, a TV and a small characteristic bathroom with design details.
From the large window, which makes the area very bright, it is possible to have a view of the typical roofs of Ortigia. On the upper level there is the bedroom, with a double bed and a second private bathroom with a large and spacious shower. An original window was created from the white wooden ceiling. Ortigia Charming Suite is recommended for those looking for an original and welcoming environment in the center. It accommodates up to two people and it is ideal for couples.

Few steps from Piazza Duomo, 250 meters away from Ortigia's popular street market and just 200 meters away from the touristic port, with a magic atmosphere, hosting yacht and sailing boat from all over the world, where is great to enjoy the sunset or walks by the water between bars, restaurants and ice-cream parlors. Ortigia, Unesco heritage was easily transformed into a natural fortress with harbors and was big enough that it could hold a significant population in ancient times. Therefore, the history of Ortigia is synonymous with the early history of Syracuse. Walking around the Ortigia, allows to face many buildings characterized by mixed architectural styles, the Sicilian Baroque and the Hebrew Israelite styles, with elements that go back to the Medieval and Renaissance periods. These architectural styles are also demonstrated throughout the narrow alleyways and winding streets that make up the neighborhood.
