Location, location, location...Westlake Villa in central Naples gives guests the benefit of total privacy and is within easy walking distance of many shops and restaurants, including CVS and the Oasis bar and the Outback Steakhouse.
The detached home has been completely re-modelled. For example with TV's in every bedroom as well as large TV in the lounge, two beautiful bathrooms, an outside fridge and BBQ area with gas BBQ. There is a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances.
There is plenty of bug free outdoor seating due to the large lanai. The pool is heated to 86 degrees and is lighted for evening use .Adjoining the comfortable lounge is a separate dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is a washer and drier in the utility room and a double garage.
With local manager there 24/7 to ensure a carefree vacation guests need only bring personal belongings when staying here.
The specially planted garden is full of butterflies and hummingbirds.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay in the perfect location! The property was ideal for our sunny getaway. The pool, lanais and covered back patio was our zen.

Loved it!

The heated pool and outdoor living space are great. Makes it easy to lounge around and still be outside. We started the day in the pool, spend the mid part of each day at the beach, then finished each day back at the pool again. Was exactly the break we were looking for.

Very nice house. Spacious and comfortable.

We didn't get to use the pool as much as we would've liked to, but it was wonderful when we did. My family and I loved staying here. It was like being at home but better.

Todo excelente disfrutamos nuestra vacaciones

Todo estuvo excelente mis hijos disfrutaron de sus vacaciones lo único es que el vecino de la parte de atrás se quejó del ruido que podía hacer los niños en la piscina inclusive antes de las 7 de la noche al parecer hay una persona enferma allí y no les gusta el ruido que es inevitable cuando tienes niños jugando en la piscina, de resto recomiendo la propiedad al 100% llame al administrador y me respondió inmediatamente todo muy bien de verdad la playa cerca y todo lo que necesitas volvería a rentar esta propiedad

Bad attitude

The stay in the property is acceptable, cleanliness and close to the beach, very quiet place, but there is a neighbor who has been a nuisance all the time, he was bothered by the conversation on the terrace, even bathing in the pool at 7:30 pm, the music. However, it was low called the police, but everything ok, the police recommended to continue enjoying our vacations. In short, only the neighbor is the annoyance of this place.

Very satisfied.

We stayed for three weeks in January. It was the perfect COVID getaway. Private, a nice outside area (patio/grill), and a great pool. Location is close to everything and the house is in great condition. House manager responded quickly to minor maintenance issues. We'll definitely consider staying here again if we return to Naples. Thanks much!

This property is nothing like the description. It’s not clean and very run down. The toilet was not working and took several days to have it fixed. There are small bugs in the kitchen (I know it’s hard to get rid of insects in florida). We had no Wi-Fi for 5 days. I have pictures documenting the dirty conditions. This house needs a thorough cleaning and sanitizing.

Spacious pool home in Naples

Excellent experience with helpful management who addressed the issues we had with the pool heater in a timely manner. Would recommend this house to anyone, especially a family, as we had plenty of space for our family of 5. Looking forward to visiting again next year.

The property was welcoming and colourful.

Very comfortable and reasonably equipped. Lots of pool-side seating and we really enjoyed being able to grill and eat our meals outside. The neighbourhood was quiet, but close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed the fishing trip with Pure Florida out of Tin City and the swamp boat ride at Everglade City.

Lovely villa in perfect location

Found this little gem of a place by chance and so glad that we did. It was our first time in Naples and we fell in love with it. The villa was in a perfect location just as the owner had stated with everything close by. The property was spotless when we arrived with the added bonus of a heated pool. There is so much to do here but sadly we run out of time to do everything. Lovely beaches,great shopping and fantastic restaurants we were spoilt for choice so much more for us to explore. We enjoyed it so much we have already booked for next year.

overall we had good experience during our stay. The house was clean but it had a musty smell to it.

The interior of the house needs some maintenance work. The ceiling in the dining room area next to the air vent had some black texture which looks like mold? There were some ants in the master bedroom crawling on the bed cover. The two spare bedroom mattresses were very uncomfortable.

Great located Naples villa

Good communication through whole of booking process. Villa was clean & tidy with everything available for vacation. Great to have a covered patio area, nice pool to cool off in. Great location for shops & restaurants and easy drive into Naples.

Gorgeous villa in a superb location.

We stayed at Westlake in January and it was wonderful, the villa was modern but retained some lovely Naples charm. The location was brilliant, just a few minutes drive from 5th Avenue and the beach. It was especially nice to have just a 5 minute walk to top restaurants for breakfast or evening meal. Waterside shops are just across the road and so is a Publix supermarket, couldn't be better. The children loved the heated pool and the carpeted seating area in the lanai was really nice to walk on after a swim. We had many lovely evenings outside in the lanai with a nice bottle of wine! The villa had everything we needed, WIFI, full cable TV package with TV's in every room and DVD players for the kids. The villa was beautifully decorated throughout and we would recommend it to anyone.

Westlake

Had a fantastic holiday in this very nice house. The location of this property is on a nice clean collection of similar houses in the most convenient area I have been in Naples. Good for beach 10 mins max, supermarket and bars. Don't forget 'The Outback' for steaks.
