Nyligen renoverade 3 sovrum plus den 2 badrum pool hem. Från detta vackra hus kan du promenera eller cykla till Vanderbiltstranden och Delnor Wiggins State Park, du är också ett mycket kort avstånd till Mercoto och andra prisbelönta restauranger och shopping. Ta de medföljande cyklarna till stranden och ta dig sedan ut till det många nattliv som Neapel erbjuder eller stanna hemma och njut av den helt nya uppvärmda saltvattenpoolen, den här egenskapen är perfekt för att underhålla eller bara koppla av vid poolen. Dra fördel av prissättningen i november (mjuköppen). Observera att aktuella foton (19/19/17) saknas designdetaljer som konstverk och sängkläder, nya bilder kommer snart.

This place was perfect for our week long vacation. Everything was clean, comfortable, spacious and well taken care of! The location is perfect for being close to the beach and shopping centers/ restaurants. Michael is a great host, I would stay here again with no hesitation.

Fourth time staying here. This home never disappoints. Always CLEAN, fresh, UNCLUTTERED. Easy check in. Well stocked kitchen. Great neighborhood for walking and biking (bikes provided). Pool is a plus. Close to beaches and grocery stores.

Maple weekend

House was ready on time, very clean and with plenty of amenities, pool was clean as well as the backyard, house is in a nice location with two markets very close as well as several restaurants also a quiet neighborhood.

The host was excellent. Very responsive and helpful. The property was in a perfect location, rooms were spacious, and the salt water pool was a hit both with our 3 and 5 year old but also for the adults! Kitchen was stocked with necessities, towels and bedding were plentiful.Hope to return again.

Lovely time

We had a lovely time at Michael’s place. We were there on a girls trip. The kitchen is well stocked with all the stuff you need to cook. The house comes with all things you need for a day at the beach; chairs, umbrella, coolers. The beach is close by, grocery stores and restaurants are in abundance all around. The pool was our favorite spot after a day out on the beach. If we get an opportunity to return we will! Thank you again Michael!

Amazing stay in this beautiful house with pool.

We had a relaxing and enjoyable time at Micke's place. It was conveniently close to the beaches and downtown Naples.The pool was great to refresh after a beach day. The house has everything you need to cook and very confortable beds.We will definitely be back.evrdowntown Naples

FABULOUS

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The layout was great, the pool was perfect, and it was very well stocked with items that I haven’t seen at others we’ve rented. The only complaint we had is that the floors are extremely slick when wet. Several of the adults slipped and fell as well as the children. Maybe a few more rugs around the house could help combat that. Otherwise, our stay was great!

Golf and beach

Looked at a number of options during our search to accommodate 4 guys on a golfing trip to the area, found this property and safe to say it delivered on all fronts. Clean, spacious, pool, location, all worked well for our group.

Amazing location

This home has everything you’ll need to have a wonderful Naples vacation. Home is close to everything, pool is amazing, neighborhood is quiet, the beds are comfortable, and everything is clean and in perfect working order. I would highly recommend this location.
