Lovely Home on Nice Street

This home is the perfect size for a small family, including your pet! The lanai and pool are a relaxing area to enjoy your free time. The beach is close by, with the access at the end of the street. The newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms are nice as well. This was our second year renting this home, and we would recommend it to others.

Happy with Dune Our Thing

Everything was great. Specials thanks to the owner for allowing us to bring our cat. The only thing that baffles me is that even though we left the house in good condition we did not get the security deposite back, and when asked about it, I was told that it is a non-refundable security deposite???

Wonderful beach town experience

We (myself, my wife, our 10 year old daughters be our small dog) had a great month in this house. It is exactly what we were expecting from the pictures. The pool (not that common in that specific location) and the backyard were great. The house is well kept and had plenty of room for us including carving out a small office for me. While we had few minor issues with the TV and Internet, Jeanine was always very fast in responding and finding a solution. The neighborhood is a quiet beach town community and the beach is literally 5 min walk away. Definitely will look to book this property again in the future!

Perfect pool house

Great outside space with Lanai , pool , and fenced in yard. Kitchen and floors are not updated but the linens were great and kitchen was fully stocked. Large laundry room to store paper products and golf clubs. Bedrooms don't have dressers but closets are large and there were hanging cubbies that fit plenty!

Very nice home. We rented for 3 months. 1/1/19 thru 4/1/19. Conviently located. Close to the beach, shopping and reasturants. The porch and pool area is great. We could only use the pool a couple of times because of the cool weather If pool was heated it would be great. The house is a little small but, sufficient. Could use a dresser in the bedrooms.

Location, Amenities and all you need for a great stay

We really enjoyed our visit to NSB, easy walk to beach, short trip to Flagler Ave. This home offers all needed for a perfect stay, pool, patios and sunshine. Looking forward to returning
