Cozy, quiet, and easy beach access

Second time staying here and was wonderful again. Always quiet and feels very safe. Convenient short walk to beach and pool is always nice.

Love our beachside oasis on NSB.

Would love to say excellent but the condo is showing some wear due to damage from other guests. The carpets upstairs are pretty stained and the railing really should be replaced. We keep coming back because of the location, family nearby and many friends we have made who come yearly also as well as some of the other owners. And, the beautiful beach is only a short walk by the pool, down a flight of stairs and you're there. As soon as the holidays are over we pack and head South to NSB!

Cosy seaside retreat

Nice family condo on the no driving part of the beach, just steps from the pool and the ocean. The unit is clean and comfortable, and just perfect for those seeking a restful vacation.

Beautiful view for a quiet getaway

Great condo

The space was great, nice large kitchen (we cooked a lot!), Pet friendly, plenty of grassy area right outside. We visited with 2 families, 4 adults and 4 kids total and it was just right.

Beautiful Clean Vacation Townhouse

We had an awesome time in beautiful New Smyrna Beach! The complex was very well maintained, nice and quiet! Our townhouse was clean and updated! All the furniture and beds were comfy after spending time on the beach, pool or having fun in town or eating at the many yummy restaurants🌴🥳😎⛱️

Pet Friendly Perfect

Loved it!

This was one of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed in. It was beautifully decorated and even the mattress was comfortable. Tara is a great agent and was always there if I had a question. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful getaway by the sea

This is the second year we have stayed in this townhouse on the beach and we have already booked it for 2021! It is very nicely furnished and an easy place to vacation. Unfortunately the corona virus caused us to return home early this year but we look forward to spending many more winters in NSB.

Snowbird's Heaven

Condo is fairly well equipped and is very comfortable. Anything that has needed attention has been addressed and remedied quickly. Year round residents are very helpful and welcoming! Look forward to returning again next year.

Excellent

This was a prefect place and location for our family vacation 🥰 It was above all a pleasant surprise the unit not only meet all our needs . It was very nice a clean also to our surprise was well stocked. The best was having beach chair , umbrellas, pool accessories lots of towels. And the bonus was a grill. We definitely will go back❤️

Rating for C1 Rolling Tides

With any vacation, it's always expected that something will go not as planned, but making the arrangements, communication with property manager, checking in & out was most impressive and very structured. The Property was immaculate and stocked exceptionally well! We absolutely LOVED IT!!! Thank you for the WONDERFUL memories! :)

Awesome and Comfortable

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this townhouse, although purpose of the trip was less than pleasant. (Evacuation from storm.) This property is well equipped and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. The location is excellent as it is not congested and the pool, beach and groceries are steps away. Highly recommend. Management company was a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. (Tara at Sentry.)

Good location, remodeled parts nice and perfect for a family. Loved the area. The condo itself though has a musty odor. Also, I would encourage cleaning service to leave door of washer open. Closed door on a front load leads to mold and led me not to use it due to the smell when I opened it. Tried running a wash cycle but didn't help. Probably needs bleach run through it.

C1 Oceanside Village

Our rental contact was on vacation. We did not receive an email with the lockbox code to pick up our packet/keys and waited approximately 30 minutes to receive the code. When we arrived at the unit, the grass was overgrown and laying across the sidewalk, the storm shutters were down, the unit was not clean, the water was turned off, ants were covering the foyer wall and half bathroom, patio furniture was in the master bedroom, and beds pulled out in the middle of the second bedroom. Excellent Experience

It was such a pleasure to see the complementary items left in Kitchen and Bathrooms. That was a very nice surprise. :) This is our 3rd stay and it gets better every time. You all are such a blessing to work with.
