* We do not accept bookings for all male or all female guests. Oasis Parque is a family orientated condominium complex.

*A late arrival fee of €20 (payable on arrival) is charged for guests arriving after 19:00hrs.

*Tourist Tax is now in force in the Portimão district to any reservation made after 14/03/2024.

Any guest aged 13 or over is now subject to a charge of €2 per night during High season (1st April - 31st October) and €1 per night during Low season (31st March – 1st October). The charge is capped at a maximum of 7 nights/€14 euros per person. Tourist tax is collected from guests by the Booking Agent or Property Manager on behalf of the Owner and it is not included in the rental cost. The lead guest can make payment by card via Payment link/QR code provided on or before arrival. The lead guest is then responsible for the providing the Passport details of all guests subject to the tax to ourselves via email.
**Check-In Policy:**
- Free check-in until 19:00 hrs. Any check-ins after 19:00 hrs will incur a €20 late fee, payable upon arrival.

**Towel Policy:**
- Please do not remove the provided towels from the property. Beach or bath towels are not provided. Towels stained by sun lotion will be subject to an additional charge.

**Smoking Policy:**
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

**Security:**
- Kindly ensure that all windows and doors are securely locked when leaving the property.

**Kitchenware:**
- Please leave kitchenware clean upon departure.

**Respect for Neighbours:**
- Be considerate of your neighbours and local residents.

**Festival Policy:**
- We do not accept all Male or all Female guests, or guests attending the Rolling Loud or Afro Nation Festivals in the Algarve, as Oasis Parque is a family-oriented complex.
