The Villa Saint Michel is a charming villa located in the tranquil Serra e Mar area of PortimĂŁo. Just a short drive from all amenities and several golf courses, this 4-bedroom property with a private pool and well-maintained garden is ideal for a family holiday.



The main house has 2 double bedrooms, both with private bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living/dining room with a comfortable seating area, TV, and Wi-Fi. The separate annex houses 2 additional rooms, one double and one twin with bunk beds.



All rooms have air conditioning. The patio doors provide direct access to the beautiful gardens and pool (heatable as an optional extra), where you can relax in the sun or rest on the loungers. An outdoor dining area allows you to enjoy family meals.



Villa Saint Michel is a 10-minute drive from the village of Alvor, with excellent restaurants and bars, and 15 minutes from PortimĂŁo. Nearby, the sandstone cliffs offer beautiful walks and secluded beaches.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ÂșC to 8ÂșC higher than it would be without heating.



We recommend renting a car due to the property's location and, if you wish, we’ll be happy to assist with the booking. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

Wonderful Family Escape

We had a fantastic stay and loved how peaceful and welcoming everything felt. The house offered plenty of space for everyone to relax, and the surroundings made it easy to enjoy quiet days in the sun. The team was very friendly and always ready to help, making the whole experience even better.

Great Stay In A Calm Setting

Our stay was relaxing and comfortable from start to finish. The outdoor areas were perfect for unwinding, and the location made it easy to reach nearby restaurants and beaches by car. We also appreciated having services available such as boat tours, which added something special to our trip.

Perfect Spot For A Sunny Break

We really enjoyed our holiday and found the whole place ideal for a quiet getaway. The gardens and pool area were especially pleasant, and everything was easy and convenient. The airport transfer option was also very helpful and made the arrival stress-free. Would definitely return.

Communication with the booking site has been great. They have got back to us within the same day. While we were away we had a couple of issues and haven't had these resolved.It's set in lovely grounds. Parts are looking tired and could do with an upgrade. The pool didn't appear heated and areas around the pool needed updating also, including the sun beds.

Lovely villa in a quiet area. It is advertised as sleeping 10 people however the main part of the villa has only 2 bedrooms sleeping 4. There is an annexe sleeping 6 in 2 rooms and I would say one bedroom is only suitable for children as it has bunk beds and two Z beds. We didn’t rent a car for our 7 day stay. The Uber service was brilliant and reasonably priced. Our only criticism of the villas location was that there were no bins in the vicinity to dispose of our rubbish which we were not told prior to our stay. This was obviously a problem for us as we did not have any transport. The nearest rubbish bins were a mile away which was not ideal.

Fabulous holiday

Accommodation is of an excellent standard and the situation is perfect for relaxing. The Villa was immaculately clean. The Villa representative was always on hand to help out with any needs, pool is so amazing. I would really recommend this villa for anyone who is wanting piece and quiet, but also short drive to beach and restaurants! Thank you so much for having us, already missing it!

Overall, our family had an exceptional time at this villa. It provided the perfect blend of comfort and relaxing. The heated pool was a game-changer, especially if you visited during the cooler months. It provided a perfect relaxation spot, and the fact that it was heated added an extra layer of comfort. Our family thoroughly enjoyed spending time by the pool, creating lasting memories. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing holidays.

Lovely location, if there wasn't a building site next door

We really liked the villa and the quietness of it. The only exception is that each morning we had a couple of hours (from 8am) of noise from the building site that was next door. Although the house was clean it did have an infestation of ants.
