Keep in mind that the lively neighbourhood means it's not super quiet at night – perfect if you enjoy a bit of hustle and bustle and being close to everything.

In the event that a guest is found with pets and any damages occur as a result, the guest will be held fully responsible for the repair costs, including an additional administrative fee of 200 CHF.
* We've made the check-in process seamless for you with our fully automated system, allowing you to arrive at your convenience without the need for a meet-and-greet.
* The apartment doesn`t have laundry amenities however, there are laundry services nearby.
* There is no parking around, the closest space for parking is around 5 min away. Paid parking
* The apartment strictly adheres to a non-smoking policy. Please note that if it is determined and confirmed that smoking has occurred inside the apartment, a fine of 250 CHF will be levied. However, we kindly ask that guests who wish to smoke do so on the balcony. To ensure the comfort of all guests, we recommend closing the balcony door and windows while smoking to prevent the smoke from infiltrating the interior of the apartment. This way, everyone can enjoy a fresh and smoke-free environment inside.
