city sounds, including those from construction. Currently, construction work is underway adjacent to the
apartment building. We assure you that the construction work is strictly regulated and adheres to all legal
guidelines, ensuring no noise is made outside of the designated rest periods.
* There is a parking garage allocated to our guest for free. Parking details will be included in the check-in
instruction
* Additional fees may apply in the event of significant damages to the apartment.
* While we love pets, unfortunately, our apartment is not pet-friendly at this time.
* We've made the check-in process seamless for you with our fully automated system, allowing you to arrive at your convenience without the need for a meet-and-greet.
