A duplex apartment over the 2nd and 3rd floors, with air-conditioned throughout (hot and cold).
Entrance floor: Open plan living room/dining/kitchen with 2 balconies each with stunning sea views facing south towards Fethiye. This room has a sofa, comfy chair, coffee table, TV, dining table. Fully fitted kitchen includes cooker, kettle, dishwasher, fridgefreezer and washing machine. On this floor you have a wc/shower room. You also have the 1st bedroom which is a double.
Upstairs: Lounge 2 is on upper level which can also be used as the 3rd bedroom, this room has a large double sofa bed and balcony with sea views. You have a separate double bedroom with plenty of storage space. Also on this floor you have a 2nd bathroom with shower/bath, wc and hand basin. Linen and towels included (no beach towels).

Sunset apartments are situated right on the beachfront in Calis Beach, on the new promenade. The holiday resort has a private pool area (open mid April to the end of October) with sun beds and palm trees. Calis enjoys refreshing afternoon breezes and beautiful red sunsets every day. Every morning you can take a swim in the sea. The apartments offer high quality in modern design and with a magnificent panoramic view over the beautiful bay of Fethiye and Aegean islands. Located on the seafront promenade in the centre of Calis, a charming sea side town with a wide selection of shops and restaurants. Fethiye town is excellent for shopping and nightlife and is only 10 mins by taxi or 30 mins by scenic boat ride away. There are a lot of recreational, cultural and historical sites to be reached within maximum of 30 minutes.

Travel: The nearest airport is at Dalaman, approx 45km to the Northwest with 45 mins transfer time to the resort. Transfers cost from £90 return for 1-3 people and from £100 return for 4+ people. Transfer fees are payable in sterling to our representative at the resort but full instructions will be provided when you are booking.

amazing property in a great location

This is a lovely apartment in a good location overlooking the beach in Calis. The property was very clean with all the facilities we required; airy, light and spacious, I will definitely stay here again and cannot wait to return!

Fantastic stay

Just got back home after staying in Sunset Apartments A17, what can i say had a fantastic time, overall the apartment we couldn't fault at all, it was in a great location to everything, the Manager Rufus is a lovely guy always available if we needed help with anything, i would definitely recommend the apartment and will definitely be returning.

Beach apartment

Our family of 5 had an excellent fortnight staying in the lovely beach front apartment. Well equipped including aircon, wifi and tv. Super pools, nice complex and close to resort centre. Would recommend to friends

Great Location

Great location and easy process to get in and out of the apartment each end of our stay. Upstairs bathroom has a very poor shower facility over a bath.

Fantastic apartment in fantastic location

The apartment is very comfortable - light and clean, everything you need. The location is really fantastic - 1 min to the beach, beautiful sea view, sunsets are amazing. Julian is very hospital and helpful. We wish to come back.

2 fab beach apartments

We hired both apartments 4 and 17 through Julian and our family of 8 had a super holiday at the end of the summer. Nice clean properties, good onsite pool, beach location with amenities all close by. Very nice

Sunset 17

We rented Sunset A17 apartment in October 2016. We were met by the lovely Ayse who manages day to day matters. The location is beautiful, quiet, however there are plenty of local bars and restaurants. The apartment is of high spec, well appointed, great views and spotlessly clean. We would certainly recommend it.

Amazing

We have had the most amazing holiday at Sunset Appts. The appt was so well equipped. Stunning views. Easy walk to the beach. Great local restaurants. I have had the best 10 days of sleep as the beds were so comfortable and the appt is located at the quieter end of Çalis Beach. We also booked some great days out including a Jeep Safari (be prepared to get wet from the get go!), the Orka Aquapark and a dive boat day trip with Elite diving. This was our first holiday in Turkey, we'll definitely be coming back.

Calis beach apartment

Our family had a super fortnight holiday in A17 and wished it was longer, we had a great holiday. The location was perfect. On the beach, and just a 10 mins to walk to the bars and restaurants and shops. The apartment was very well equipped plenty of towels, bed linen, kitchen equipment, tv, washing machine etc. The apartment and complex was very clean and loved the pool and beach location. We used Julian's airport transfers, welcome pack and mid holiday cleaning and they were great. Super value family holiday. Will come again.

Excellent stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this apartment and plan to stay again sometime in the future. It was well equipped and Julian was an excellent host, replying to my questions promptly . The area was good, it had access to the seafront and many bars and restaurants. We also enjoyed being able to stroll and cycle the promenade to Fethiye relatively safely.

Review

We really enjoyed our stay and Julian the property manager was very helpful. The apartment had everything you need and had a great view of the sea. The Wi-fi is shared with other apartments and wasn't great, however there are plenty of local restaurants where this is free. We would definately stay again

Helpful Julian

Julian was more than helpful, but I think HomeAway e:mail was misleading as had a RECEIPT OF PAYMENT e:mail saying payment taken and they would inform Julian when in fact the payment was not taken and this caused confusion whilst on holiday, with extra bank charges, but a great holiday Apartment.

Beautiful place

We had a great holiday in calis beach, the place is beautiful and the location of the apartment is perfect; view is stunning! The apartment itself is very spacious and has three balconies . There was no noise or rowdiness and was perfect base for our family of four. All beds are doubles, however, so as we have a son and a daughter , one had to use the sofa bed ( would have been better if one of the beds had been separateable). There is air conditioning, one unit was older and a little noisy at night. You are told not to put toilet paper in the toilet, which is apparently the case across this part of Turkey. So you have to be prepared to empty your own bins regularly. The kitchen and bathroom are just getting to a point where they will need a refurbish, but still in decent order. We would come back to this place as there is loads to explore.

Lovely Apartment

Apartment is very spacious, ideal for our our family of four. It was very clean and had everything you needed. The balconies were a lovely place to sit on a morning and evening. It is within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants. Check in was seamless, with Julian meeting us upon arrival at the apartment and recommending restaurants to try. Check out was also easy. I would stay at these apartments again

An excellent week away, beautiful weather, a relaxing break in a favourite resort of ours with an apartment in an ideal location. The A17 apartment is well equipped and the property manager, Julian was very professional, made himself available and was all round generally very helpful. Would definitely recommend
