This is a beautiful self-catering, fully air conditioned beachfront apartment with fantastic views of Calis beach, sea and sunsets. Situated right on Calis Beachfront promenade 7km to west of the bustling harbour town of Fethiye. Calis is a picturesque beach resort backed by the pine clad Taurus Mountain range and enjoys fabulous views over the Bay. Sunset apartments has an onsite pool, there is a beach club right in front, supermarkets, bars restaurants and cafes all closeby. Calis is a peaceful chilled out resort ideal for couples and families. Fethiye town is good for shops and nightlife and is only 10 mins by taxi or 20 mins by scenic boat ride away.

Sunset A15 is a duplex fully self catering apartment over 2nd and 3rd floors with air-conditioning throughout..
Entrance floor: Open plan kitchen living room with beachfront balcony. The kitchen has an oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. There are 2 sofa beds which are suitable for children to sleep on. There is wc shower room. Also your double bedroom with plenty of storage, bedding and towels.
Upstairs: 2nd bedroom is a twin with ensuite shower wc, you also have a sitting area and 2nd beach front balcony.
The shared onsite pool is open at the end of April through October.

Grand View

Wonderful views from the balcony. Close to supermarkets and a great range of resteraunts all about it, so position perfect. Downsides, not enough linen provided for a 2 week stay to allow changes of bed linen, this over come using W/machine but not convenient to dry easily. Wifi was very limited and erratic.

Great location with a lovely view.

The apartment was just as described but the view from the balcony is even better than shown in the photos. We spent many hours on the balcony chilling, reading, people watching and the sunsets are incredible. The apartment is well equipped and has pretty much anything that you could possibly need. The location is ideal for the beach and there are shops and a small supermarket literally round the corner. Also, there is a wide choice of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Oben restaurant is a one minute walk away and is not to be missed. We dined there 3 times during our stay. It is a pleasant 15 - 20 minute walk along the prom to the water taxi which will take you into Fetiye for 40 TL. Taxis are relatively cheap and the Dolmus stop is at the end of the road. The booking process, the transfer and checking in were all well organised. Julian was a perfect host and greeted us on arrival to show us around and provide lots of useful information. This was our first visit to Calis Beach but I'm sure that it won't be our last.

Amazing view

Great value for money apartment. Comfy double bed. Air conditioning. The property manager is English and always available to help with anything either in person or WhatsApp. The view of the sunset is incredible. The only thing to note is that the pool does not have umbrellas so be prepared to buy one or have no shade by the pool. It is in the shade from about 5pm in August.

Absolute Stunning Views

Just home from a 2 week stay. What can I say. This apartment to us is simply amazing. The check in process with Julian couldn't have been any easier. The views are stunning. The apartment is spotless, more than adequate for a family of 4 and is in a superb location with everything you need on the door step. What more can you ask for.

Aussicht gewinnt!

Haben 8 Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht. Zwar gibt es ein paar Mängel, wie Badezimmertüren, die nicht richtig zugehen oder kaputte Kleiderschranktüren. In unseren Augen waren es jedoch Kleinigkeiten, da die Aussicht alles getoppt hat. Abends gab es auch Live Musik von der Bar nebenan :-) Alles in allem- top Unterkunft zu einem fairen Preis !

Tolle Urlaub

Es ist ein schöne Wohnung ,aber halt nach Jahren etwas gebrauchsspuren hinterlassen,könnte die Mobilar und Inventar etwas in Neuste zustand sein. Aber für den Wohnqualität ist Sehrgut. Sehrgute Lage Stand ca.25m weg von Hauseingang.Sehrgute Blick. Umgehung prominiade ist sehr vielfalt und ausreichend. Es ist für jeden was angeboten. Die Menschen sind sehr freundlich. Das einzigste große Minuspunkt ist Enge Zufahrt von der Straße. Mein Auto wurde komplet seitlich angefahren und Verschunden. Der Julian wo sich alles kümmert ist ein super nette Mann, der Wohnungsbesitzer Peter hat für den Aufenthalt komplet für Frühstück sachen einkaufen lassen damit wir voll versorgt sind,Respekt !!! Wir haben Nächstes Jahr aufjedenfall nochmal vor zumieten. Mfg Fam.Özbek

Lovely vacation

We really enjoyed staying here. We love that we can see the a full view of the sea and beautifulI sunset from the apartment. And we can walk to the beach in a few minutes. We couldn’t be closer to the beach. Love it! Close to a good supermarket, Migros, for all your groceries. Boardwalk is in front of the apartment. We enjoyed walking in the evenings. There is a bike rental close by. There are frequent mini busses to Fethiye. If we come to Fethiye again, we are coming back to here.

Stunning beach side location.

Perfect location with lots of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets just a short pleasant stroll away. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, and the view from the balcony is just stunning.

Excellent Stay

We had a great two weeks in this apartment. The pictures on the web site do not do it justice! The view from both balconies are breathtaking. Julian who looks after the property was very helpful and we found the apartment very well equipped and it had everything we wanted for our stay. Overall we would throughly recommend and would not hesitate to book again. Andy and Sam

Great apartment in Calis, Fethiye, turkey.

Great location, great apartment, great views. If you looking for a superb apartment right on the beach this is it, local bars and restaurants are all but a very short walk away. If we go back to Fethiye I would definitely check the availability. It was beyond my expectations.

Location, Location, Perfect

The apartment is as described, spacious, duplex arrangement works well giving all parties privacy, apartment reasonably well fitted with everything necessary for an enjoyable comfortable stay for a party of 4. What the description cannot adequately describe is the fantastic view from the balcony of the promenade, beach and evening sunsets. Location is excellent with beach bar "Aroma" opposite offering beach loungers free on a spend of £2. Sports bar, Lukka, round corner with a British feel although service, presentation and prices far superior. Excellent choice of restaurants along Calis beach with convenient bus stop with buses to Fethiye and further afield.

Great apartment with the best views

This is our 4th visit to this apartment. We love it here, as situated at the quieter part of Calis Beach right in front of Aroma Beach Club, where we spent most of our days on the beach. The apartment is on 2 floors, well equipt and comfortable with everything you need - even a dishwasher and washing machine, This year the downstairs bathroom has been refurbished into a wet room and the kitchen units have been updated. The view from the balcony is breathtaking as it is situated facing the sea. I wouldn't recommend for people with walking difficulties as no lift and 3 flights of stairs. However it is a stones throw from the beach. The management company that look after the apartment are always available if you have any issues however small and they also pick up from the airport (safe drivers too) if you require. We have already booked again for next year - Thank you again Peter

Amazing apartment

We stayed in this apartment for 11days and the view was amazing.Had a slight problem with the electrics but this was quickly sorted out.The decor was freshly painted and there was plenty of towels and linen.There was ample crockery,cutlery and pots to do self catering. Supermarkets and restaurants were nearby. Definetly worth staying here.

Fantastic holiday apartment

This is a lovely holiday apartment with outstanding, unobstructed, panoramic views of the beautiful beach from both balconies. Peter is a genuine person and very helpful and 100% trustworthy. Calis is a great holiday destination and we will certainly return to this resort and apartment.

Fantastic apartment with stunning views

The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped but the best thing was the views- absolutely amazing. The owner was helpful and always responded quickly to emails. You will not be disappointed if you book to stay here.

Fantastic Views

Wow.. What a lovely apartment immaculately clean throughout. We choose to use the ground floor balcony the views were amazing could sit early in the morning reading book watching the world go by no blaring sun first thing. Every picture on here true to word. Kitchen was well equipped for self catering needs. Air con worked a treat. Both Bedrooms of a good size with ample storage space. Ensuite bathroom on top floor was lovely big walk in shower. Peter was very helpful from start to finish. Transfer company recommended with booking was spot on. Lovely peaceful pool (which we only used at the end of the day but ample sunbeds) plus the gardens around the property were immaculate, kept by the lovely pool man. The sunsets from the balcony was stunning every night. Only a short stroll down the promenade to ample restaurants all with a great choice of food. For us it was the perfect place to stay in Calis. Thank you for all your help.

lovely seafront apartment

We stayed at this lovely beach front apartment for 3wks in july, everything about this apartment is fantastic the view's outstanding, we sat every morning watching the turtles and when we we're really lucky dolphins to. The apartments equipped with everything you'll need for a perfect holiday, Peter who owns the apartment was really helpful with everything my son's diabetic so Peter made sure there was enough for him till we got to the shop's which was really helpful. I would really recommend staying in this lovely apartment we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent !!!!!

Great apartment just as described by owner. Two balconies to chill on and watch the Sunset go down! Apartment very clean with tasteful decor. Air-con a god send due to the beautiful weather. Extremely hot! Welcome hamper was a nice touch, we were able to make a cup of tea/coffee on our arrival . Bottles of water in large fridge freezer ,plus loaf of bread with margarine and jam. When we go back to Calis Beach this is where we will stay again. There's also a fantastic pool if you fancy a change from the sea,its very peaceful around it. Transport was very efficient from airport to apartment, and back. Can't fault anything! Many Thanks Pete.

fabulous sunsets

Having normally stopped in Villas, the apartment offered just as much with the added bonus of uninterrupted sunsets. The top floor offers privacy and somewhere to sunbathe and BBQ as we did, with the lower balcony allowing you to watch the day go by. We spotted dolphins from the apartment on 3 occasions which was fantastic. Well equipt with linens/towels/utensils/pots/pans and great sized fridge/freezer ideal for chilling the Efes and wine. Brilliant time, would not recommend to anyone with walking issues/disabilities as there are 3 flights of stairs, but other than that a great base to enjoy Calis.
