Detta 4 1/2 sovrum 3 badrum hem har två sovrum med king size-sängar - en på övervåningen och en nere, ligger i Witter-Coalfield historiska distriktet omgivet av viktorianska hus. Denna "Carriage Lot" upptar hela mitten av kvarteret. Den har ett stort öppet kök och trägolv. Trevlig stor bakgård med Colorados finaste trädhus. Trädgårdshuset är kanske inte tillgängligt för vissa datum. Båda sovrummen är ganska stora och master badrummet på övervåningen är mycket trevligt. Be om garage tillgänglighet, det finns utanför gatan parkering och uppfart parkering. Bakgården är enorm, med en eldgrop. Super nära centrum och allt som Denver har att erbjuda. De flesta ombyggnader är nya, nya apparater, mycket rymliga och moderna.

Bakgården delas med min lägenhet bakgård och ibland hyr vi det till gästerna. Trähuset kan inte vara tillgängligt ibland. Låt mig veta förut för att boka för dig.

Colorado Welcome

Rented this gorgeous home in a nice neighborhood and good location for family in town for our wedding. Beautiful contemporary decor with lots of room for everyone to gather and create memories in several common areas. Many bedrooms provided that much needed quiet space. Plenty of towels and linens for everyone. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were three bathrooms! There was a gas fireplace and even a fake fur rug in the livingroom. Parking in the rear, and on-street parking in front and near the property was plentiful. It worked out perfectly. We highly recommend this property. - the right choice!

Nice space.

The property was spacious with a nice backyard. We had four people on a business trip and it worked out really well. Close proximity to downtown allowed us to easily/cheaply use rideshare to get around.

Larger than it looks, perfect for groups, in a great location!

We brought a group of 11 from Chicago and David's place was so perfect! The house is laid out perfectly for 4 or 5 couples, very clean from top to bottom, and the back patio with natural gas fire pit was fantastic for group gatherings. The treehouse added some additional character to this place. We also saw David from time to time and he couldn't be more helpful and friendly. He's a rental home pro and I would stay in any property he is renting the next time we travel to Denver. Awesome time! Thanks David!!!

Great space for an outdoor gathering

No complaints about the property itself. However, the owner is too possessive and intrusive! I have never experienced a property where the owner/manager was present for at least an hour every day and showed up multiple times a day throughout the duration of the rental agreement. He had cameras set up to catch home entry activity (distrustful of additional guests and pets) so they went off frequently as our family and friends gathered in the backyard . He has thousands of pictures of our three day stay. He informed us that the garage was not part of the rental property so he hung there with the door opened to our family gathering in the backyard (I shut it twice). Also, he insisted it necessary to enter the house to check a valve for the sprinkler system when it should have been done the next day when we checked out (being that it rained every day, the grass was fine)! His constant presence was bothersome to my fellow guests and his lingering was disturbing. Any concerns he may have imagined were discredited as we checkout. He commented on the cleanliness of the house and that it would be a quick turnover for the next guests. It is a nice property, but be prepared for the cameras and hovering behavior. We all found it a little creepy!!

Great House, Great Location, Great Host

This house was awesome for our group to stay at. It is in a great location to get to downtown and Golden easily. David the owner is super accommodating. The bonus was definitely the furnished tree house!

The property was amazing the pictures don't do it any justice you'll love every inch of this home

The home was everything I hoped for and more Mr.David is the coolest he was very hospitable and was a joy to rent from and again the home was amazing I didn't wanna leave when it was time but I will be back in Denver again and I will be renting this home again and I recommend you do the same if you want a clean spacious and luxurious and fun all at the same time book this home and I promise you won't be disappointed

Best house rental yet!

Celebrating Christmas late and away from home can be difficult, but staying at this house made it so much easier. The spaces are wonderful for a large group. We were 8 adults and a toddler with two local family members who hung with us each day. We were a short walk from Sloans Lake, dining, etc. Back to the house - it was as if it was set up just for us. Wonderful furnishings, but it was the small touches that made it feel like home - candles, comfy pillows on beds, couches and chairs, everything a cook needs, a great fenced in back yard, firepit in the yard, fireplace in the livingroom. Thank you to our wonderful hosts! If we're in need of a big Denver house again, we'll make reservations here. This is the best house rental we've had in our 8+ years of vacation home rentals. Kudos!

Spacious home full of character

Our family enjoyed this well-appointed home in a great neighborhood. We had 2 Little’s with us and Megan kindly provided a pack-n-play to accommodate the littlest. The neighborhood has a large park close by with playground, some great restaurants and brewpubs, and the streets are great for walking around and enjoying the fall leaves in our case. The treehouse is amazing! And the fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed. The only downside was not having more time to stay and enjoy it longer!

Great Home, Great Location, Great Hostess

A great home for the weekend in Denver. Nice layout gives plenty of privacy for couples with plenty of common area for relaxation. A relatively convenient location, close the hip strip on Tennyson, and Downtown. Megan was great, just shy of overly attentive, but kind, and helpful and available when you need her. Highly recommended. (The hairless cat was a strange but beloved weekend mascot.) We will try to stay here for our next trip into Denver.
