Perfect Home for a Large Family Gathering — Great Value Too!

We had a fantastic week here with our whole family, including our four kids, two significant others, my wife’s parents, and two dogs, and the house worked perfectly for a group our size. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, but also great gathering areas where we could all be together. For a house this size that could comfortably accommodate such a large group, we also felt it was a great value. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around and enjoy everything the Arvada/Denver area has to offer. The fenced backyard was a huge plus for our dogs, and we really enjoyed the outdoor seating area and hot tub in the evenings. It became one of our favorite places to relax and hang out as a family. The host was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with throughout our stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and we felt very well taken care of. If you’re traveling with a large family or group and want plenty of room, a great outdoor space, a convenient location, and a host who makes everything easy, this is a great choice. Between the amount of space, amenities, location, and price, we thought it was an excellent value. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house was not very clean, the host was nice enough to come and do some light cleaning, which was appreciated. Also the game table was missing pieces. The hot tub was fun and clean. Delightful girls trip

A few friends and I went up for a girl's weekend for a wedding. The location was great for our needs as we were bouncing between downtown and the venue a little north of downtown. The property was lovely and accurate to the description. The beds were all so comfy! And there was plenty of space for us all to have a little privacy. The outdoor area was a great place to hang out and of course the hot tub was a huge added bonus.I would absolutely stay here again and the host was very communicative, clear, and prompt in responding.

Business Trip but better

Rather than battle the downtown Denver hotels, I decided to find a home in Arvada for my business trip. I paid the same amount but got all the luxuries of home. Plus, my better half and our pup could join me. The home was lovely, clean, and just as described. The communications were great and the response time when there was an issue was blazing fast. The hot tub was a great treat after a long day of meetings. We will be back.

Grill not clean. Weeds all over back yard. Sliding closest snot hinged in appropriately. Clothes got stained bus washing machine. Looked like Clorox bleaching left in washing machine. 3 shirts ruined. Ran into a handyman on our way to house as he was leaving, had ZERO notice he would be there. The amenities were under par. Would not recommend.

Serena, we’re sorry to hear that you weren’t happy with your stay. We sometimes over look things and are not always perfect (albeit we try!), and when you mentioned the issues upon check in, we had the landscaper and handyman there immediately to address your concerns, so that way the home and yard was exactly what you were hoping and expecting for the majority of your stay, which we relayed to you. We hope you had safe travels and enjoyed your time in beautiful Colorado.
