Do you want to live in the heart of Tenerife's southern paradise? If so, this is the right place for you! Aparthotel Paraiso del Sur, which translates as 'southern paradise', is located in a town called Playa Paraiso which stands for “paradise beach”, and the names say it all! Here you will enjoy endless views of the Atlantic Ocean and the birds soaring over the horizon, the beach which is 5 minutes away on foot, and even the neighboring islands from your terrace will be visible to the naked eye! The one-bedroom apartment of 58 m2 is located on the 12th floor where you can get by a comfortable elevator. The apartment is suitable even for a group of 4 people. Spacious, bright, and with a breathtaking view! The apartment has its own 'zest' in the interior, with bright details and colors that will definitely set the mood of your vacation and complement the colors of the sky, ocean, and impossibly beautiful sunsets! Our advice is to prepare the memory on your phones, you will need it for all the photos and videos!

In the bedroom, you will sleep on a double bed with a comfortable orthopedic mattress. The Mediterranean interior adds to its coziness and freshness. Large windows allow you to see the ocean as soon as you wake up! The spacious living room can accommodate two more people on the comfortable sofa bed, as well as gather your entire group around the large dining table! The kitchen area is separated from the living room, but it is still spacious and equipped with everything you need in case you want to cook something! It has a separate bathroom, so you will love it because it has everything you need for a vacation, even a washing machine. Your terrace, which is the length of your apartment, deserves special attention. It will be a pleasure to have your morning coffee with the sound of the waves and birds singing and to say goodbye to a beautiful day, admiring the colorful sunset!

In case you have to deal with urgent business matters during your trip, the high-speed Internet will allow you to finish your tasks in a short time and keep enjoying your rest!

You will remember this vacation for a long time, and take the sounds of the waves and birds singing away with you as a pleasant aftertaste of the Canary vacations!

This apartment will be a good fit if you:

work remotely (we have high-speed unlimited internet access)
travel with children (the complex has spacious elevators, it’s easy to move with a stroller + we have absolutely everything for children from cribs to a set of toys)
travel with a group (there are enough Canary sunsets on the terrace for everybody)
travel alone (also a great time in your life)
travel with a pet (we love pets, and we have a bed and bowls for them)
This apartment will NOT be a good fit if you:

are planning a party (unfortunately, they are forbidden here)
want to smoke in bed (smoking is only allowed on the terrace)
travel with more than 4 people (there are only 4 beds in this apartment)
don't like order (yes, cleanliness and respect for our home is a prerequisite for your stay)
