Urlaub mit EinschrÀnkungen

Bei der Ausstattung und Dekoration hat es an Nichts gefehlt.Die Terrasse ist sehr schön. Leider hatten wir in der gesamten Zeit nur eingeschrĂ€ngt teilweise tropfenweise Wasser, was dazu fĂŒhrte,dass ich bei meiner Tochter duschen musste, die auf Teneriffa wohnt. Leider wurde das Problem nicht behoben, sondern es wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass man nicht beide BĂ€der gleichzeitig benutzen solle Auch die Nutzung nur eines Bades fĂŒhrte nicht zur Besserung! Sehr Ă€rgerlich und lĂ€stig, wenn man nach einem Strandtag duschen möchte.

Adeje Paradise - Lovely break

We really enjoyed a restful stay at Adeje Paradise . The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, well stocked and maintained and has an impressive private patio area. It is situated in a secure and laid back complex, and is only a stones throw from the pool/cafe area. Thankfully, there is no evening entertainment there, though at times, you could hear the loud music from a nearby hotel - not loud enough to be that intrusive though. Overall we had a lovely family holiday there and would recommend it.

Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung. Große Terrasse. Pool direkt um die Ecke. Anlage sehr gepflegt und ĂŒberwacht. Eigener Parkplatz vorhanden. Kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect apartment for families

We have just got back from our week long stay at this property and we had a fantastic time. From the time we booked, communication with the hosts were great! They were helpful and prompt with responses. Our flight was delayed and we ended up checking in much later than expected but Sunny and Alyona couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. The apartment itself was perfect for our family of five. The children loved their rooms and the large terrace/balcony was perfect for eating out on and for sunbathing. Our kids loved the 3 pools and they were occupied for hours there. The poolside bar was also great for food and drinks. Although the location is in the slightly quieter Playa Paraiso, we could easily walk to super markets and restaurants. We also easily managed to catch a bus into Adeje and other main locations. This is a really great property to stay at. We can’t recommend enough!

Relaxing holiday

Sunny the host was very helpful, he picked us up from the airport and showed us around the complex as well as taking us to the supermarket and then explaining everything in the apartment, which was spacious, well equipped with everything needed.There were two of us so plenty of room. Very good storage in all rooms. Large wardrobes with plenty of hangers. Bed very comfortable, no air conditioning in the bedroom but there was a fan.The living area did have air con.The outside patio/ balcony area was very large, plenty of room for sun bathing, sitting and eating.Very close to the pools and pool bar, the food was excellent and good value for the money. There are 2 small mini markets for essentials about 300m walk from the apartment. A larger supermarket down by the Hard Rock hotel. The area is quite hilly and because there are ravines walking there takes a while and walking back is up a long steep hill. There is a bus (471) which helps. Also taxi service but they are not very happy doing a short journey! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

un petit ensemble de maisonnettes trĂšs typiques, bien situĂ©, proche des commoditĂ©s, de l'accĂšs Ă  l'autoroute, de Costa adeje, de Puertito qu'on gagne Ă  connaĂźtre. TrĂšs calme la semaine, plus bruyant en soirĂ©e le week end. L'isolation acoustique des logements est limitĂ©e. Accueil trĂšs agrĂ©able par Sunny. Maison trĂšs propre, Ă  proximitĂ© des piscines sans ĂȘtre exposĂ©e au bruit des baigneurs, belle et grande terrasse avec superbe vue sur les toits originaux et sur les trĂšs nombreux parapentes qui passent trĂšs prĂšs

Wonderful Stay at Adeje Paradise

Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment just a few minutes away from the sea at costa Adeje. The apartment is situated in a safety monitored apartment complex with three swimming pools and a beach bar. With car you arrive beaches, shopping center, groceries stores and so on in just a few minutes. We enjoyed our visit, thanks to Sunny. Our host made us feel welcome and supported us with tips and helpful recomandations.

Sehr schöne Anlage

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und war Anfang Dezember auch nicht zu voll. FußlĂ€ufig befinden sich einige gute Restaurants. An der Wohnung hat uns besonders die große Terrasse gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Sunny war prima, Antworten zu allen Fragen innerhalb von wenigen Minuten

Great complex - check location.

Excellent property and great complex. Sunny is a first-class host. Only downside for us was that the property is actually in Playa Paraiso which has a very limited number of restaurants for eating out at night.

Excellent for the family

The property was excellent for the family vacation, only worry is the stair that needs some safety gate for small children. The surrounding is well guarded and you can feel safe, excellent location and we drove over the island. Something that all visitors should do to enjoy Tenerife forest and scenery.

We had a fab time on the holiday. Sunny the owner could not have been more helpful on everything we asked. The complex was in a beautiful setting, the only thing that was a let down was the food at the pool bar although the staff there were spot on.
