Välkommen till vårt "Bay / Canal" -hem som ligger i Palm Harbor -Estes Flats / Aransas Bay. Fyra (4) mil söder om Rockport, Tx. Det erbjuder det bästa för att snabbt komma bort fjällfisketurer eller eller båtliv upp och ner i Inter-Coastal Canal, resor till hamnen "A" och vattnet i viken. Vårt hem har tre sovrum och tre fulla bad och är fullt möblerade för din komfort. Vårt hem kommer att sova 6-8. Vi slår vad om att du kommer att älska det! Precis som vi gör varje gång vi är nere. Kom igen !

Vårt hem erbjuder massor av extrafunktioner för att göra din semester minnesvärd. Vi har ett upplyst båtbryggområde med ett upplyst fiskrengöringsbord. Direkt TV och kabel ett internet för Wifi-användning. Som gäst i vårt hem hittar du alla bekvämligheter du behöver för en underbar semester !!

Great fishing trip

My husband and two sons just stayed here last weekend and said it was very comfortable, especially the beds. Was a 10 min drive to their fishing trip, and there was a great place to eat right by. They would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Fishing Trip

The house met all expectations and was a perfect stay for 5 close friends wanting to fish and relax! The location at Palm Harbor on the canal was a perfect setup for our weekend trip. We loved the house decor and accommodations but most importantly we enjoyed the easy access to the water with our boat docked behind the house. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting a great place to stay on the water.

Beautiful home!

Excellent customer service. The owner answered all our questions quickly. The house is beautiful and very clean, well furnished, and in a great area. Backyard is on the bay and picture perfect. We will return!

House was very nice, trash was left in the garage from previous renters and that left Bad Oder initially. Everything else about the stay was great, I would stay here again

Fishing with friends

We had a great mini fishing vacation. Home was clean and owners very responsive to my questions. The dock was a good fit for our boat with launch only minutes away.

Bigger than what you think

I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the house. The house was exactly as described, but the living room was bigger than I anticipated and the showers were also updated and nice. The boat slip outside was sufficient for my boat and the parking out front was big enough for my trailer and Two additional vehicles. The owner was responsive to our needs and was a great help.

Disappointed, but still a nice house and location.

Owner’s communication was not friendly at all, especially when in comparison to other VRBO owners. Disappointing amount of supplies on hand, particularly no hand soap for bathrooms, no dish soap, no laundry detergent. Again, in comparison to other VRBO property owners. Pillows in upstairs bedroom seemed to be dusty and unwashed. Very creepy with the cameras on property that could be turned on at owner’s discretion. We were just 3 people and we were not partying it up or creating any nuisance, but that really seemed like an invasion of privacy and we didn’t know about the cameras until after we booked.

Fishing trip

Our fishing trip was double booked and we were stuck there a day early and and Mr Dalton went out of his way to help us out. Hurricane Hanna was headed in and Mr Dalton gave me a phone call to go over all procedures I needed to know. Very responsive and very helpful. House was better than expected, very nice and very clean, great location.

We loved this property!

We stay here of the 4th of July weekend and we will stay here again. The house layout is perfect for 3 couples. The owners were very informative from checking in to recommending places to eat. The house is very clean and the AC WORKS GREAT! We will be repeat tenants.

Great home; Great location!

The owners are wonderful people and the home is great. It is very convenient to Rockport and Port A but far enough out to feel secluded and restfully quiet. Great boat dock and access to fantastic fishing! This will become a frequent choice for us.

Do not recommend this house

This house was in a good location and newly remodeled but had some issues the owner was not open to hearing about. In addition, the security cameras were on after 11:30 pm so privacy was an issue here. Even though the remodel was nice the floors and countertops were dirty. There were no cleaning supplies, trash bags or paper towels. The AC Unit took days to cool off the house. The dryer stopped working and the owner blamed us as if we overloaded it. There are two towels and washcloths per bathroom and with 5 guests we were required to wash the towels each day. The beds were uncomfortable and the owner was not friendly. I would not recommend this rental as the owner wanted to blame all these issues on us. I was communicating with him directly to avoid to this negative review and so that he could address these issues before the next rental. Hence...the not friendly comment.

We missed the big games!

House was very nice. Location was great. But no ESPN, no wifi and almost no cell phone reception. We missed the Cotton Bowl and the Orange Bowl. If your plans include watching the big game, this is not the place.

Beautiful cozy house in Palm Harbor. @ Rockport

Thank you for a very nice , relaxing enjoyable place to vacation. The house was perfect for our family. Our sons and grandkids came with us and the house was wonderful. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and so clean. When we were searching for a place after Harvey we came across the house on the web site and became so excited when we learned it would be ready just in time for our annual visit with our family. We know the house is newly rebuilt with special attention given to detail and personal touch. Thank you again for all you have done to make our trip perfect!!! We will be telling. All our friends and family about this house. Be back next year if not before

My husband grew up in Woodsboro/Bayside (Copano Bay Area) and always loved fishing for redfish, drum & trout with his Dad,Grandpa & family. We met and the 'JOB' took us up to Oklahoma, where we have spent many days & nights on our boat at Lake Texoma, but there's no place like the Bay & Gulf area. We were able to visit for short periods of time always dreaming and planning to have a home in the Rockport coastal area. Yes, Dreams do come true, we now enjoy our home right in the middle of the best Fishing, Shopping & and Dining a person could ever ask for.
