Detta är definitivt en av de vackraste hem på kanalen i Bahia Bay där du kan fiska från din personliga brygga eller ta en kort båttur till viken vatten.

Njut av vår vackra kanalen utsikt över vattnet i denna 2-berättelse Coastal Retreat. Hemma planlösning har 2 rymliga sovrum på övervåningen, en egen ingång sovrum nere, och ytterligare våningssäng rum kopplade till garaget. Hemmet är ganska bekvämt för 2 familjer med barn eller grupper av vänner som letar efter en avkopplande semester tillsammans.

Detta vackra 4 sovrum hus kommer att rymma din familj och vänner oavsett tillfälle. Posten leder till en nedre mediarum med en fäll ut futon soffa, gäst svit och badrum samt egen ingång och fullt utrustad tvättstuga. Dessutom finns det en ljust inredda gästrum utanför garaget som är perfekt för barn som 4 pers på två separata vånings apparater med extern tillgång till bakgården och brygga. Ta kaklade trappan eller hissen upp till ett öppet vardagsrum / matsal / kök skryt högt i tak, modern belysning, antika arkitektoniska möten och vacker skiffer spis, platt HDTV, privat Wi-Fi och uppmärksamhet på detaljer i varje uppdatering och egendom förbättring . Home away from home

Home is very well kept up we had no problems with anything, surroundings were beautiful and home was close to stores by. Our family felt at home we made some great memories.

Great house!

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was very cute and comfortable, and had everything we needed during our visit. It was very clean and well decorated, had a great outdoor cooking and sitting area and a fun garage with activities for the kids. We would stay here again.

Family getaway

Wonderful Coast Home

We have stayed multiple times in this home, and are never disappointed. The decor, amenities, cleanliness, decks for outdoor enjoyment.. all fantastic. And plenty of room for our large family and lab. Thanks to the Aggie owners for providing a great rental!

We came in for a friends wedding and the house was exactly as they mentioned. Great house, nice front yard with plenty of parking and a beautiful backyard on the canal with gorgeous views. I would definitely recommend this place.

Relaxation

My family and I had a great time for my birthday weekend! The kids loved fishing from the dock and I loved that I could relax and watch them from the comfortable nice outside seating. They also loved the games in the garage. The house is beautifully decorated and beds are comfortable. I felt at home.

Very nice house !

The house is beautiful, super clean, comfortable beds, nice kitchen. Would happily stay there again! Would work on the sound made in the kitchen by the outside vent hood flapping when the wind blows- though you can’t hear it in the bedrooms. Also there was a little too much clutter for our taste, and the garage could use more ventilation for the gas cans.

Well stocked, clean facility

It was a wonderful facility, and we will probably stay there again. We purchased the insurance and glad we did. Clean-up crew said there was damage to the countertop - but it was damaged when we got there. They had excellent facilities for your boat and fish catch. Wish I knew where they bought their was down hose, it was very nice.

Great boat access

Really nice house and boat dock on the canal. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean and adequately supplied. The only issues we experienced was that the AC unit was unable to keep the main living area cool. Everyday the temperature in this area was rise to 78 degrees with the AC unit running, which made it unpleasant to relax in this part of the house. Luckily, there was a nice breeze in the afternoons and we spent most of the time under the covered patio, due to the temperature inside the house. All in all we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Tucked away in a quiet residential area, yet still within easy reach of restaurants, shops, and other attractions, it strikes the perfect balance between seclusion and convenience.   We were also impressed by the hospitality of our hosts, who were friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Overall, our experience at the waterfront house in Bahia Bay exceeded all expectations. Whether you're a boating enthusiast, a nature lover, or simply seeking a peaceful retreat by the water, this hidden gem is sure to delight. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable getaway.

Great rental for a group

There was plenty of space for our family gathering. We brought our boat, and there was plenty enough parking spaces including the boat trailer. The owner does keep their boat parked in the boat slip, but there is space to park our boat with no problems. Love the kitchen - well-appointed with whatever you need to cook with. I love that the owners don't trash non-perishable things away such as spices, etc. We brought our own, but it's nice to have just in case and not have to run to the grocery unnecessarily. Beds were comfortable. There were enough linens as well as beach towels for those who went to the beach. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Hidden Gem on the Bay

My family and I rented this property for the week of Thanksgiving. We’ve traveled to the area multiple times previously. We came across Jonathan and Jennifer’s place in Bahia Bay while searching for a house big enough for multiple adults and children. This place did not disappoint! A wonderful quiet community on the water! The weather wasn’t perfect the whole week but again it’s late fall we didn’t expect it to be. We enjoyed all of the amenities they have to offer. So many board games to entertain children, a very nice outdoor space, the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen out of any VRBO property we’ve ever stayed in which made cooking a thanksgiving meal a delight. They truly have such a gem and the decor and amenities chosen truly have a guest centered focus. My children enjoyed fishing right from the backyard. Stop looking any further and just book this place, you will be so glad you did! Thank you Jonathan and Jennifer for having us! We will definitely be returning in the future!
