We are located in the historic section of Yarmouth where there are many other huge historic properties within walking distance. We are also within walking distance to the ferry terminal, restaurants, coffee shops, local pub, grocery store, banks, fitness center and downtown shopping. If you have any questions, please feel free to message us anytime.

It's a private upstairs apartment with a private entrance only the guests can access.

Our property is in a very quiet neighborhood. Except on Sundays when you can hear the church bells ringing every so often from the church in our neighborhood.

Can't ask for a better place

Everything was perfect. Large apartment with all amenities. Very nice area. Ideal for a stay of several days. The owner confirmed to me that a grab bar in the shower will be installed to help get in or out of the bath.

Charming old home

Great property with lots of old-fashioned charm. The inside is a step back in time. Beautiful hardwood floors and furnishings. Nicely updated bath, full kitchen with w/d. Everything you’d need for a long stay. Definitely would stay here again, only wish our stay had been longer!

Lovely Place

It is a great spot with everything you need and well decorated with lovely antiques. We were surprised about the lack of security since the entire top floor is open to the rest of the house without locks on any of the doors. Other than that I would highly recommend.

Wedding trip

Nice old house. Could use better lighting. Clean linens and towels in dryer that I folded so we could use the dryer. Didn’t find any house rules… so we started a load of towels and we stripped the beds.

Unsecure

No secure door to the apt - in fact, no door at all except the front door which is shared by all the other apts in the house. Feels unsafe. Bathtub/shower very slippery with no bars to grasp. Outlet in bathroom does not work. Lightening poor thru out. No clothes washing soap to be found though happy to have washer/dryer. Not sure of escape if there was a fire. Nice painting job thru out.

Wonderful place for our visit!

This apartment was spacious, airy and had off street parking. We loved the character of the house, were grateful for offstreet parking, made friends with two magnificent neighborhood cats and very much enjoyed our stay in Yarmouth and at Robert's lovely house. Thank you for having the keurig-type (can't remember if it was actually a keurig) coffee maker AND PODS that made lovely coffee so we didn't have to worry about it. I did have to use the longhandled wooden spoon to reach the large coffee mugs because they were on a shelf too high for me (5'2'') to reach though. Same with glasses but we really didn't need them for the time we were there. The location was superb especially for our particular visit. It is barely two blocks from Main Street which had shops, a pub or two, restaurants, coffee, and so much else to explore RIGHT THERE. Yarmouth is beautiful and charming, and this house is perfectly in keeping with Yarmouth's atmosphere and character. We enjoyed it and would definitely stay there again.
