The apartment, located on the second floor of a building accessible by a staircase, opens onto a corridor that flows into the living area featuring a double sofa bed, a television, a dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave and kettle.
The living room leads to the sleeping area: a large room with a balcony, a queen-size bed and a closet. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

At guests' disposal comforts such as wi-fi, washing machine, iron, heating and air conditioning in the living room.

Tourists can take part in the 'Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the city's main monuments, such as the Church of the Santissimo Salvatore, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to take part in the 'Tour of Palermo's Historic Markets' that will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo, where lunch or a snack, at the Palermo market, dishes must be 'strictly' tasted with just the help of the hands! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire important buildings, streets and squares.

Palermo's central station is less than 2 km from the accommodation, while Palermo's Falcone e Borsellino airport can be reached in about 40 minutes by car.
