Modern apartment in the lively Kalsa district of Palermo, behind the Foro Italico and a short distance from the main places of interest.The apartment, located on the first floor of a historic building, opens onto an open space furnished with a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a cabinet with a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a kettle and an espresso coffee machine. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large closet with a mirror, a dresser and a TV. It also has access to a balcony overlooking the street. A large fully-renovated bathroom with shower completes the layout.Amenities such as Wi-fi connection, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and independent heating will be at guests’ disposal. *We inform our guests that the building is currently subject to renovation and painting. Due to these renovation works, there could be some noise during the day.The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
