Chalet Malu is a charming detached house located in the beautiful coastal town of Brodarica, offering a perfect retreat for up to 4 guests. With a sunny shared garden and swimming pool this property is ideal for families or couples seeking a relaxing getaway, just a 7 minute walk from the stunning Croatian coast.

Inside, the house has an open-plan living area with beautiful beamed ceilings and stone-tiled floors. It is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV, dresser and an open fireplace. There is a large dining table for meals with friends, next to the kitchen which is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and fridge/freezer. The living room has direct access to a covered terrace, making it an excellent space for relaxation and entertainment. The terrace has a dining table and benches as well as a BBQ for meals al fresco.

Guests can enjoy the pool (shared with 1 other villa), which is perfect for cooling off on warm sunny days. There are sun loungers available and a table and chairs.

Bedroom 1: This comfortable bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV.
Bedroom 2: Tucked under the eaves, and reached via a ladder this sweet bedroom is suitable for children and has a double bed (140cm x 200cm)

The modern bathroom includes a shower, basin and WC.

Within a 40 km radius, guests can explore various attractions, including the UNESCO World Heritage sites of the historic city of Šibenik (15 minutes by car) and the beautiful Krka National Park, known for its breath taking waterfalls and natural beauty (About 30 minutes by car).

For those traveling by air, the nearest airport is Zadar Airport, (50 minutes by car). Additionally, public transportation options, including bus stops, are conveniently located within a short distance, making it easy to explore the surrounding regions.
