This charming 150 m² home is situated in a peaceful residential area, just a 35-minute drive from Porto. The surrounding countryside offers a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding.

Inside, you'll find a spacious living room with a rustic decorative style. It features comfortable sofas for relaxation, a wide-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table. The area boasts a warm ambience with plenty of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, along with other useful appliances. A washing machine is also available for your laundry needs.

There are three bedrooms: two with queen beds, wardrobes, and chests of drawers, and one with a double bed. All beds are furnished with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathrooms are equipped with all necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Additional features include an indoor swimming pool, gym, and sauna.

Outside, you'll find a spacious area with a BBQ, outdoor furniture, and a garden.

The Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is just a 45-minute drive.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
