The Retreat is a very comfortable private space in a private dwelling at the end of our garden, it has its own private access and you have a secluded patio area with a luxurious hot tub. We are in an area of outstanding natural beauty close to the Cathedral city of Chichester and the waterfront city of Portsmouth where you can shop until you drop with a wide variety of restaurants and bars to choose from. The Wifi is fast and you can park on our drive. Holistic Massage treatments upon request. Discounted 45 minute sound therapy massage for only £45

The retreat sleeps two people in the comfortable double bedroom which has an en-suite shower room. The lounge and fully equipped kitchen are open plan. And a hot tub for your complete relaxation.

Check-in is permitted from 4 pm onward, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am.

Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee.

Travel cots and high chairs are available for £20 each. Kindly notify us during the booking process. Please also note that beddings and sheets are not provided for the cots.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following regulations:

Unauthorised early check-ins and late check-outs will result in a fine of £50.

Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine for violators.

Guests bringing pets without prior authorization will be charged £150.

No parties or large groups allowed.

This property is professionally managed by Air Maison which means the property is professionally and thoroughly cleaned between stays, high-end quality linen, bath and hand towels and hotel style toiletries.
