Beach-teman bilagor nära Chichester, West Wittering stranden och Goodwood

Annexet är en härlig strandbebyggelse med rymligt sovrum på övervåningen dubbelrum och mindre bottenvåning på bottenvåningen med ytterligare 2 enkelsängar plus pentry och separat duschrum / wc. Du är oberoende med din egen separata ytterdörr och terrängparkering. HUNDAR OK på begäran! Vi tillhandahåller en mikrovågsugn (och 2-bänkskivor vid behov).

Vi är nära Southend Barns, stränderna i West Wittering och East Head, Goodwood, Bosham och Chichester. Utrymme för surfbrädor, drakesurfar, cyklar i garaget på begäran.

Bilagan är idealisk för antingen 1 eller 2 vuxna (sover i sovrummet i övervåningen) eller för vuxna med upp till 2 barn (sover i enkelsängar i nedervåningen). Om två par bokar och det andra paret vill använda enkelsängarna på nedervåningen, är det också bra även om badrummet bara kan nås via bottenvåningen där enkelsängarna är. (Bilagan är ganska liten för 4 vuxna.) När den inte används, glider den andra enkelsängen under den första för att bilda en dagssäng / soffa. I pentryet finns ett handfat, minikyl och mikrovågsugn. Observera att det inte finns någon dörr mellan övervåningen och nervåningen, bara en trappa.

Gäståtkomst
Bilagan har sin egen separata ytterdörr åtkomst från enheten och oberoende av vårt hus. Användning av trädgården för välskötta barn och husdjur! Det finns gott om parkering på enheten för 2 gästbilar.

Everything we hoped for!

A charming property, clean and with everything we needed. Julie gave us a warm welcome welcoming and was very helpful, making suggestions and recommendations for our stay. It’s a peaceful location, only a short walk from the canal - perfect for a stroll to Chichester, where the cathedral and gardens are well worth seeing. West Wittering beach is nearby too.

Perfect break

Thoroughly enjoyable 4 day break at The Annexe. This bijou property contains everything you need to feel comfortable and, being on my own, I felt very safe. Julie was the perfect host, informative but not intrusive. And the weather she laid on was second to none.

Lovely Accommodation

Handy location for Chichester and surrounding area. Property was clean and well presented although access to upper sleeping floor may present a challenge to those with limited mobility. Communication with owners was excellent and instructions to get to location were clear.Definitely one to stay at again.

Short break

Everything was excellent apart from bird scarers going off in the nearby fields all day for a few days, which worried our dog. This needs to be considered by pet owners at this time of year.

Perfect Couples Get Away

Superb location for Goodwood Races, Chichester and the coast. Very comfortable bed and spacious bedroom. Very nice to have tea, coffee milk and breakfast items supplied by our hosts. Would definately stay here again.

A lovely compact place to stay with lots of things to in the area . A few miles from the witterings beaches . Lovely spacious bedroom . Nice touches with shampoo and a selection of cereals and nice coffee . Recommended

The unit was fine for 2 people as stated. It served our purpose as we did not plan to do much cooking. It was conveniently situated for visiting the area.

Beautiful Autumn Weekend

Lovely base for our walking weekend, met by Julie who showed us around and was really helpful. Fantastic location close to The Spotted Cow for dinner and a short walk to the Chichester canal. Can thoroughly recommend The Crown and Anchor at Dell Quay for lunch after a stunning walk. Would stay here again. Many thanks Julie

Hunston, near Chichester

Delightful setting - with country and canalside walks from the doorstep. Welcoming host family live next door and there's plenty of private parking on the shared driveway. Comfortable large bed, bright and clean bedroom upstairs with bathroom next to kitchen area downstairs. Lovely to step straight out of front door at dusk to comfy seats overlooking their beautiful garden at sunset.

Beautifully Bijou

A beautiful spot to spend a few days exploring the local area. Ideal for a small family who want to get out and about, knowing they have a comfortable place to stay at the end of a weary day. Fantastic welcoming helpful hosts, and having the basics provided (breakfast - especially a pint of milk, tea and coffee; cleaning products etc) makes arriving and settling in so much easier. Would highly recommend The Annexe

The Annexe, Hunston

Very cute and comfortable space. Julie was there to greet us and show us around, pointing out the quirky things we needed to know. She also suggested places to visit and for meals. Because no one was booked in right after us, Julie extended our check-out time,which we appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay at the Annexe.

Great stay at a convenient cottage

This place was a great stop in a convenient location for 3 adults. It was clean, quiet and cozy, with key box checkin/out. The host was very prompt and responsive. Pros were an efficiency kitchenette and parking, cons were a very compact bathroom and no real lounge area. About 1.5h to Heathrow Airport during commuting traffic. Thanks Julie!

Long weekend stay

Lovely small annex to house. It gave us everything we needed for a long weekend. Good location for local sights. Footpath to the canal at the side of the property. On quite a busy road, but the house is set back, so very peaceful. Loved the seaside themed decor, all very nicely done and very clean. On arrival Julie gave us all the info on the annex and location, which gave us a good start. Communication with Julie on website and text was always very prompt. We would definitely return.

Lovely compact Annexe

The Annexe was in a good location for local beaches and Chichester. Nicely decorated, the stairs are a bit steep and as the description says it is a small space, but we had everything we needed for the 2 of us. The Breakfast items in the cupboard and the fridge were a lovely touch and much appreciated. Julie was lovely and very helpful as we hadn’t been to Chichester before and we wouldn’t have known about the local walks if she hadnt told us about them. We went to The Spotted Cow , the local pub and restaurant its close by and the food was reasonable, in taste and cost. We had a good holiday break there and would thoroughly recommend.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We moved here from London in 2008 and loved this house for its history, position in the village and proximity to Chichester harbour. The lovely beach themed annexe was the old granary for the farmhouse next door and we weren't using it often so we wanted to make it available to holidaymakers.

Cute and cosy beach themed Annexe really well located for all the local attractions: beaches at West Wittering and East Head, Chichester Canal, South Downs, Goodwood, Chichester, Bosham, Itchenor, Fishbourne, Arundel.
