The kitchen is fully equipped for all needs and includes an induction cooktop, sink, kitchen utensils, spacious countertop, moka pot, electric kettle, and washing machine.

The bedroom is very spacious and features a double bed and an open wardrobe.

The bathroom, located in the corridor, includes a sink with a large mirror, ventilation fan, toilet, bidet, and shower.

The apartment was renovated in April 2024, and portions of ancient walls dating back to the 1200s were preserved and restored.

Casa Del Borgo has a very strategic location, as it is just 100 meters from the Genova Principe railway station, the metro, bus stops, and taxi stands. Additionally, all major points of interest can be reached on foot: the Genoa Aquarium, Old Port, Via Garibaldi, Piazza de Ferrari, Porta Soprana, and the Casa di Colombo.
