Beautiful views

Lovely Mountain Getaway!

We stay up at Bogus every year and this was the first time in this condo - and it was great!! There are TWO decks/patios which make the views amazing from all angles. The gas fireplace puts out so much heat and the murphy bed + bunk beds gave all our friends enough room to snooze. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Family ski trip

What’s not to love about a ski in, ski out location right next to Pioneer? Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Management was highly communicative and helpful.

Great kitchen for me to make some tasties. Perfect place in the spring when it is nearly deerted.

The deck gave us incredible views of weather systems blowing over the valley as rain, while were treated to beautiful snow. The ping pong was really fun because neither my wife or I had played in 30 years or so. We will be back.

Beautiful Views

Clean, comfortable & close to the slopes. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the gas fireplace. Enjoyed the nearby hot tubs after skiing. One of our favorites!!

Horrible - Beware - Owner is Deceitful

We could not be more outraged with the owners - and VRBO. For starters - the description said nothing about the road leading to the condo. It is a terribly steep, winding road leading to the place - we never actually even found it - had to turn back when we hit a dirty road that the rental car was not able to handle. Really- 25 mph up a dangerous cannon road. Let me say this again. We never laid eyes on the place because the GPS directions where just pain wrong and the road was dangerous. The owner will not tell you this, but I will. Yes, we never got close to the place. Never stayed there - and yet never responded to me. Oh, one more thing. Beware of how the VRBO search engine shows you places it thinks are close by. We traveled from my North Carolina to Garden Valley for my son's wedding. So a search of places to stay in Garden Valley pulled up this place - 2-1/2 hours away. We have never been to Idaho, but now have learned (the hard way) that the mountains make a place that is relatively close-by a trip down one mountain and up another. Shame on VRBO and shame on Vacasa. I have been a VRBO host and guest for the past 15 years. They have lost my business- forever. I contacted the owner 2 twice to ask for a refund. Any kind of refund would have been appreciated. VRBO contacted them another 2 times - nothing. VRBO did not represent me and my interests. They took their money and hide behind their policy. We work to hard to save money for this trip. You think that Vacasa and VRBO would understand. Even a return phone call would have been appreciated, The owner, Vacasa, is a business - not a real homeowner offering to share their place. Vacasa to this day has not contacted me. Please, do not let the same thing happen to you. John Patota

220C Great as always

Stayed here 2 years ago. Just as great as it was two years ago. Perfect ski in/ski out. Wonderful to take a long lunch then get back out there! Amenities as listed.....No issues. Look forward to a future stay.

Great atmosphere.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The best amenity they have are the employees. They were super friendly and helpful. Like many condos there are some repairs needed but mostly in great shape. The view is beautiful. There is no air conditioning but that turned out okay after opening windows and doors. It was just hot on arrival because it had been locked up. The directions to the condo are confusing and the address sent in the email confirmations takes you to just outside of Boise. It does not direct you all the way into the mountains. You will want to change the city from Boise to Horseshoe in order to get directly to the condo.

wow That was HOT.

So upon arrival the unit was 97 degrees. I called Vacasa for help, it was 10:30 pm. Vacasa just explained the unit has no AC. I told the operator the windows should have been open if they knew this kind of heat is normal for the unit. I was told to open the window, Which of course every window and door was open. I asked if there was a way to receive a window fan. The operator said no your unit is not stocked with a fan. I said if they know the unit is hot and they expect guests to cool themselves down to a temp which is able to be slept in, provide your guests with a fan to use. The operator said “I agree.” I started to leave the property at 11:15 to go back to Boise and sleep in my air cooled home. I was too tired to drive. I went back in the condo and tossed and turned sweating all night. In the morning sleeping with the doors open, (young female traveling alone) The thermostats said 87. There are also a lot of signs on the wall stating the condo is stocked for the owners but the guests comfort is in mind. I travel a lot. Vacasa and this condo experience was my worst nights sleep yet. I was surprised Vacasa showed zero regard to their guest, me.

Perfect hideaway!

Perfect spot!

We had a wedding outside in the common area this weekend. This condo was right situated right above the event, and also had a beautiful view of the city and sunsets!
