A cute, comfortable space that was a perfect stay for BSU’s parent’s weekend. An easy walk along the Greenbelt to campus, and walking distance to downtown for all of the restaurants and breweries. A nice touch with the bottle of wine and chocolates!

3rd Stay Here… Still an awesome place!

Close to everything in downtown Boise and along the Greenbelt. Walked to our concert at the Knitting Factory, enjoyed the farmers market and food cart/live music just 2 blocks away.

Wonderful experience

It is close to all the amenities. There was a bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us. We had a very comfortable stay there.

cute, quirky cottage close to everything

this property put us in walking distance to river front and city center. little of a quirky set up, but stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Thank you. The Off River Street Cottage has kept much of its original charm while providing some modern day smart technology and home conveniences. Yes...the location is great and is like most homes in small town USA where everything you need is a short walk or bike ride away.

Quick weekend trip

Great location, walking distance to downtown and the Greenbelt. One block to Payette Brewery. Everything you need for short stay in Boise. Would stay at the cottage again!
