So disappointed for the money. Moderate lg outside lights on as feet from a Jack in the Box. !! Thus NOt relaxing “patio”Also next to the Police Heliport for area Heater cover kept falling off ( on floor when arrived) many outlet covers no cover and risky if young children. Old fixtures from decades ago so so heat in shower slopppy painting throughout. Masking tape left on ceiling Moderate thick grease and dust on top refrigerator. Rugs needed cleaning and vacuuming. Appreciate Although refunded 99 cleaning fee NOT enough and so wish had closed a different rental Owner VERY responsible and washer ans dryer worked great. Needs LOTS work to charge what charging and not standards we have seen with other VRBO’s

Definitely Recommend this property!

My mom & I enjoyed our stay while visiting family. Very comfortable space with plenty of space and supplied with everything we needed. Our host was very welcoming, responded quickly to questions. Will definitely book property again if in the area.

Nice stay.

Nayan's place is nice and he is a gracious host, who is very attentive. There were a few issues as the bathroom hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests, the hot tub was cold and the jets were not working. He sent the maid to clean the bathroom. He tried to get the hot tub fixed but it was not repairable. We were very disappointed we didn't get to enjoy a hot tub everyday, the sole reason we chose this place. Nayan did compensate us with a delicious dinner he provided at the house. The cable wasn't working either. The cable company did come and get it fixed but we felt like we were in the way the whole time. The kitchen could be better stocked for cooking. Utensils and pans are sparse. The location is great, we felt very safe and will definitely rent again. Nayan is a nice man and wonderful host!

Friendly and accomodating!

Nayan was an excellent host and dealt with all the little logistical snafus (including a lost key on our part) with patience, good humor and efficiency. While the setting isn't glamorous, it is VERY conveniently located near a highway and perfect for us, as we were attending a conference at the Pasadena Convention Center. We appreciated the little touches - fresh bananas and peaches, cold drinks in the fridge, and TV ready to go with streaming services. Overall, a great stay for what we needed!!

Hidden gem

Nayan was an amazing man to work with. The house was a great hidden gem. Winderfully cozy inside, and the hot tub was great to relax in. Beds were comfortable and very chic inside. Only downfall, the parking lot is small.

Small and amazing

Quiet cute house. Few things the cleaners missed but that was easy to fix up. Communication from lister was amazing and made accessing the property a breeze.would recommend to everyone

Best stay for my vacation

My partner, friend and I stayed at this property and we’re uncertain at first when we seen it from the outside. But inside, we were pleasantly surprised. It truly exceeded our expectations. We loved it. Clean, neat, and had all the necessities. The jacuzzi was a nice touch and was definitely needed. I did have to put my driving skills to the test when parking and leaving thr property. A part from that I would stay here again when we come back to LA/Pasadena! In addition, I stayed at a Hyatt in Palm Springs prior to arriving at the VRBO and I loved the VRBO better.

Easy and convenient

My family needed a place to stay while visiting relatives in the Pasadena area and this was our home for 10 days. Having a laundry setup was a great benefit to us. The kids loved the hot tub. The high speed internet and smart TVs were very convenient and we had no issue. We would stay again in the future.

Wonderful and Convenient!

This property is great. The rooms were wonderful and the beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean and comfortable. There also was great and safe parking. The owner was ready to answer any questions and made us to feel right at home. This was was a perfect place to be for the weekend, just outside of Los Angeles. I highly recommend it!

Nice. Didn’t really get to take full advantage of all the amenities but very nice.

The only thing was that we didn’t drive so getting to a grocery store or convenience store was difficult. Not close by. Other than that very nice.

Great location and a nicely decorated for a visit to Pasadena

We stayed a week in this cute unit in Altadena. Originally I was afraid that the proximity to the 210 would mean highway noise. That was totally not the case. The unit sits much higher than the highway and we had no highway noise at all. We were visiting family so we did not use the kitchen for more than tea preparation in the morning. While the kitchen is small, it seemed to be fully equipped and would work well for 2 to 4 people. We only used the king bed and the master bedroom and it was firm and very comfortable. We can't speak to the queen bed in the second bedroom. The unit was a great place for our week long visit to Pasadena.
