The condo är underbar inuti och mycket nyligen helt ombyggda med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Du kommer att älska denna plats på grund av platsen och mysigheten. Det är bra för par, solo äventyrare, affärsresenärer och små familjer (barn). Detta är en sovrum med en stor hopfällbar soffa i vardagsrummet. Fullt kök, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, och avkopplande tillbaka uteplats som är 420 vänliga (bara kvarter från närmaste dispensary)!

Graduate Student Monthly Stay

Wonderful 2 month stay with amazing accommodations for my partner and I while I was in graduate studies. The local bars, restaurants, and park life provided normalcy to our current reality. Phenomenal location if you are looking to explore by foot, car, bus or train!

Great location great price

If you want to be close to everything LoHi and Sloan's Lake have to offer, but pay a fraction of what it'd cost to stay in those neighborhoods, this is an incredible spot. The unit itself is very clean and well taken care of. Feels very cozy and homey. Check-in process is easy. No complaints at all, but like I said above, the location is the best part of all.

Perfect place to stay!

My partner and I very much enjoyed our stay at Dave’s place. We were in Denver for a long weekend, and the location, free parking, clean apartment, and fire pit were all excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Great Place in Denver. Close to everything

Location was great! Only in town for a few days to go to Red Rocks for a show and cram everything else in we could. Dave was quick with any of our needs. Would stay here again

Great Stay

Amazing backyard with an air conditioned treehouse and gas fire pit - definitely enjoy it. Super accommodating host. The host, Dave lives on the same property - real cool guy.

Convenient and comfortable

This was a comfortable and cozy place to stay while visiting family in Denver. We didn't have a chance to use all the amenities, like the fire pit or the BBQ grill, but these also make it a desirable place to hang out and entertain.

Overall a great place

Tastefully decorated, nice neighborhood fairly close to downtown attractions, generously stocked, affordably priced. Personally I found the bed a bit too soft and springy, though I'm sure that won't be a deterrent for everyone.

Nice little space very close to Mile High Stadium

First of all I want to say that this is a very nice and clean rental property. My first impressions were good with one little exception and that was the full letter sized page of house rules which after reading I get but seriously a full page? Additionally there were more rules posted on the refrigerator warning that you would be charged an additional $25 if you didn't leave the kitchen in the same shape as you found it. Again I get it but didn't I pay a cleaning fee to rent the place? The property is actually a duplex and I found out quickly that the walls are not very well insulated as we were kept awake by the other renters on two nights in a row. I had to resort to pounding on the bedroom wall to let the other renters know they were being too loud. I followed up with a message to the owner letting them know. I received an apology from the owner which was nice but I would prefer a good night's sleep over an apology. Another negative aspect I found was the gas fireplace in the living room was not operable but I had to send a message to the owner to find that out. It would have been nice to have something posted about the fireplace being out of order. The bed was not as comfortable as I've slept in at other rental properties but I'm pretty picky about beds. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Comfy place, owners are very accommodating

This place was very pleasant. Everything was in good repair. I thought it was odd that the bed was not made though. The sheets were in the dirty clothes hamper. I only slept in the bed 1/2 nights. If I hadn’t been exhausted I would have washed them and made the bed. However, it seemed odd because I thought that was something the cost of cleaning includes.

Anniversary Celebration

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and absolutely loved this property. It was very close to everything we wanted and was very quiet. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit each night. We will be back to this great get a way soon!

Great place in a great location!

Wonderful place to call “Home Away From Home”! Great location! Just loved everything about the place. Owners were responsive, helpful, and very kind! If given another opportunity, I’ll stay there again. Even though the residence can sleep 4, I found 2 was cozy enough.

Awesome Place!

Perfectly located if you want to go downtown and to a Broncos game. Super clean inside. the backyard is really cool with the fireplace and the huge tree house. The owners are really cool and helped us way more than they had to. I would for sure stay here again.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed this inviting 1 bedroom with full kitchen, grill and fire pit. A perfect way to experience Denver and nearby Boulder, Golden and Red Rocks. Close to everything Denver.

One of our best stays ever!

Fantastic location! Cozy and comfortable. The owner is one of the nicest and attentive hosts we have encountered. Not that we needed anything. The place is very well equipped. Backyard and firepit is quiet and comfortable any time of day or night. Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway or week-long trip. We will definitely stay here the next time we go to Denver!

Clean, quiet & safe neighborhood, updated, stylish, comfortable, convenient

Enjoyed the close proximity to Downtown/Pepsi Center where we saw Panic! at the Disco! An inexpensive Uber picked us up in like, 2 minutes...Enjoyed the Keurig Coffee Maker/relaxing the next morning on the patio. Nice place!
