• Outdoor Supervision: Dogs must never be left alone in the yard.
• Furniture Rules: No dogs on beds/couches unless covered.
• Waste Cleanup: Owners must dispose of pet waste properly (Immediately picked up, bagged and placed in non-recycling trash bins).

• Higher Pet Fee: Due to additional cleaning needs. $100 per cat for stays up to 14 nights/$200 for stays up 30 nights (prorated if longer)

• Litter Box Requirement: Guests must provide a litter box & non-tracking litter.
• Furniture & Shedding Cleanup: Guests must vacuum weekly; lint rollers & vacuums provided.
