spektakulär. Mycket stor 2 sovrum med (ny) 2 drottningar i ett sovrum och kung och drottning bäddsoffa i befälhavaren. Vardagsrum

Njut av storskärms-TV i vardagsrummet och sovrummen, njut av den vackra stora verandan som har utsikt över bron över John's pass. Alla rum har TV. Det finns 2 badrum med badkar och dusch i båda.

Enheten uppdaterades med färg, golv, bänkskivor i granit, nya skåpytor, ny mikrovågsugn, nya möbler, inklusive nya skumsängar för gott sömn.

Nice stay

Nice place to stay with great location. Room could have been cleaner, not an accurate description, no beach towels, no actual beach chairs (they’re sack camping chairs), no paper towels. Other than those few things it was a great stay, Judy was quick to reply, and you can’t beat the location!

Beach Getaway

The location was the best thing about this stay. Beach was steps away and across the street there are many places to eat and many shops when you want to get off the beach for awhile

This property is in a great location a lot to do and beautiful spot on the beach!

Enjoyed our stay and loved the close vicinity to Johns Pass. Judy was very accomodating and so sweet to work with. The Beach is right out your door and the pool is right on the beach!

only problem was no real beach chairs.

great location steps away from Beach and great pool. we cooked out several nights on Grills that were located on ground floor. highly recommend this property

Girls getaway

The property is very comfortable! The kitchen is fully prepared. Judy is a great host! The beach and pool are a 3 minute walk. And the parking spot is very close to the elevator. Great place to stay.

Perfect location

We stayed here for 5 nights with my wife and I and 5 teenagers. Sleeping arrangements worked fine. The location of the condo is perfect to John’s pass village across the street and the complex is on the beach with a beautiful heated pool and deck area. Plenty to see within walking distance. Great location!

Pros: view of drawbridge/Johns Pass Locked buildings/stairways Enough linens for 10 Extremely spacious Comfortable beds Location- with access to walk under Johns Pass Pool gets early sun so it was super warm by 9am for young kids to enjoy ! Very nice grills for use when you get your seafood from the market! Public Bathrooms down by the pool Cons: No beach towels like listed, no paper towels Hot/cold is backwards on kitchen sink/master bath (issue with young kids) Dated/hard couch Loud traffic (though we didn’t mind, there was so much to watch) Owner took awhile to respond to VRBO messages; once obtained phone #, much quicker Condo is right by public beach access- beach was very crowded The cons are more of FYI; we enjoyed our stay and would come back!!

About the place

The place was well kept and clean. Beach was very close to the house and the pool was also well kept. The only thing that was confusing was we were not given the code access to the elevator or other gates. Overall very nice experience.

Family vacation

This condo was very spacious and clean. It is extremely convenient to everything. We only had to get in the vehicle if we wanted to go exploring a little further out. We loved having St John's Pass literally right across the street where shopping and dining were amazing. Judy is very easy to work with and is available to answer questions at any time. We will definitely be staying again!

Nice place, beds are the only bad thing!

Great location, clean, tons of room. The only downside, every single mattress felt as though you were sleeping on the floor. We all rotated who was going to sleep on the couches.

Great Location

This is an amazing location! The beach and fun shops and stores are literally right out your door. The property was clean and nice. Plenty of dishes, silverware, cups, etc. The couch in the living room is a pull out couch but not advertised as such. We did not need to use it but nice to know. Once we had elevator codes it was super easy to get in and out of property and very convenient.

Try to arrive in daylight if you are not familiar with the area. GPS was not great at location and then the parking spots are not in numbered order—however the beach and pool are right there when you wake up in the morning

Overall we had a great time. Pluses were, distance to beach, johns pass village. Negatives were most resturants were closing at like 8 pm because of short staff I guess. Also there were no trash bags. Ps. Judy was easy to communicate with

I love to travel, am a travel agent, and love to host and see people have a great time. I a semi retired, but have 7 units that I own and manage. I have my own travel website. I am also repairing homes in Panama City from hurricane Michael.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I love going to John's Pass. This one is special to me because it is so very close to John's Pass. You can walk under the bridge and your right on the boardwalk of the pass. I love to wake up early and see the Bridge, the dolphins and all the vessels going back and forth.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The location is absolutely wonderful. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance, your also right on the beach. The unit itself has been refreshed in the last 12 months. We provide everything you need including beach chairs and umbrella.
