The penthouse was even better than the pictures show. It’s a huge space with amazing views from almost every room. It was clean and the host was responsive and made the process of arriving and departing a snap. The location was excellent as well…steps to the beach and walking distances to several places to eat. I hope to return in the future.

Awesome place!

We had a great vacation staying at this condo. We had lots of room for everybody and enjoyed the large patio and chairs outside. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the place!

The condo was perfect. The location amazing. I’ve never stayed across the beach before and was surprised at how easy it was to access!!! Walked to dinners every night. I brought 4 teenage boys and had more than enough room. The views from the huge balcony were spectacular. 10 out of a 10!!!!

The property was beautiful, spacious and well maintained. Our host provided excellent written details/instructions about the property and the area, which took out all the guess work and enabled us to thoroughly enjoy our holiday from start to finish. The property was located within walking distance to the beach (directly across the street) and within walking distance to local restaurants and shops. This was our first experience renting a home away from home and it was an awesome experience.

Been coming to St pete for over 20 years. This was by far the best place we stayed. Location 1000 sq foot balconyPrivacyProximity to restarauntsThis place was comfortable spacious and much more.

The penthouse condo was just as advertised. Spacious, clean, beautiful views, competitive price, and within walking distance to the harbor/shopping and restaurants (1 mile). Also, there are other places closer. Our host Jim was friendly, accommodating and timely with his responses. We especially enjoyed the restaurant called Caddy’s on the beach which was just a few hundred yards from our location; which has very good food, indoor and outdoor bars and seating ; and they also rent umbrellas and lounge chairs making our beach experience very comfortable and pleasant. Worth every penny!

Family Christmas was perfect here

The unit was an awesome size and layout and the outside patio was amazing with great bay and ocean views. We had our family for Christmas and it was perfect!!Location is great as well.

Girls Trip Win

This was perfect for our group of perimenopausal moms! We had plenty of space to comfortably sit around and enjoy each others company, with an easy walk to the beach and so close to Caddy’s and The Candy Kitchen! Will definitely visit again!

We aboslutely loved our stay! This unit is perfect, lots of space and the balcony(s) were perfect for laying out in the sun and relaxing. Easy access to all the surrounding areas for shopping and resturaunts. Would love to return next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Penthouse Condo on Madeira. It was comfortable and clean. The communication with the owner was top notch. We liked having easy access to the Beach but also liked sitting on the balcony and looking out over the bay side. We saw dolphins and manatees in just a couple days there. The pool was great as well. Great spaces for family activities. We would stay here again.

Great condo! The space is wonderful. Awesome balcony views. Short walk to the beach and Candy Kitchen. Have stayed 2 different times and always a great time! Can’t wait to stay again!!
