A great stay for us

This place was perfect for my wife and I to crash after spending the day with our grown children and their new baby. Beautiful interior,nice and cool, good beds and coffee, and a great place to unwind. The host was attentive and we had no problems getting. We will keep this place in mind when we visit our children again.

Excellent stay in Gilbert

Home was clean and well maintained, located in a quite neighborhood. Host was excellent and touched base throughout our stay just to ensure everything was going well.

Great home, perfect location

This Gilbery home was exactly what my mother and I needed for outlr mother-daughter vacation. It was close to the airport and a 30-45 minute drive to everything we wanted to do in the area. Great walking paths nearby, neighbors were quiet, and it had all the accommodations we needed.

Wonderful stay

We throughly enjoyed our visit. Appreciated the two bedroom two bath house. Plus, we were able make a christmas dinner for the family. Quiet property. Close to a lot of restaurants and activities. Property is as listed.

Quiet home in nice hood!

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet home on cul-de-sac with nearby trails, canal, and dog park. Even the a/c was quiet! Loved the filtered water. Owner responded quickly to our emails and calls.

Home away from home

The host and home was very accommodating. I felt very at home. There was comfort, all the necessary equipment for daily comfort, tvs, washer dryer, dishwasher, (fully equipped kitchen) large back yard, nearby park, Planet Fitness was down the street and Ethan gave us a guest pass. Plenty to see and do. I took my great grandchildren to Fat Cats for a day of fun and utilized the park.

Snowbird escape

Our two month stay was very pleasant , house was just upgraded with new floor, paint ,kitchen counter , fridge with ice maker , manager was very friendly and responsive to all issues. Secured gas grill per our request. Loved it would stay there again .

This home belongs to my sister who stays here for half the year and the other half it's all yours! Great location and just a few minutes away from grocery stores, shopping malls and between 2 golfing facilities! Also, you can walk to the Polar Ice Skating rink without even leaving the neighborhood!

Internet and cable included 2 large flat screen TV's, Netflix, foreign satellite TV channels, and stream wirelessly to the surround sound system. Next to the community park and you can easily access the canal.
