Claimed to sleep 6, were only 2 beds. Dirty dishes in the cupboards, dust on all the cieling fans, water filter needs replaced, we had to buy water for our stay, the outdoor area was completely unkempt. Had animal feces in the yard, and debris from trees, etc...outdoor area was not usable. Shampoo and conditioner had gone rancid, bedding washed in something far too fragrant. Not enough extra blankets

Clean and great property!

The townhome was super clean at arrival and smelled great. They went above and beyond to provide items that you would need like big bottle shampoos and conditioners or laundry detergent. Would definitely stay again if we needed to be back at ASU

Nice space! Enjoyed the putting green and sitting by the pool. The best part was the chair delivery! We were there for our daughter’s soccer tournament and the host delivered us camp chairs to watch the games! Thankful!

Geat rental!

Entire rental process was easy. Daniel communicated immediately when booked and timely with details about rental. Had no issues at all. Daniels’s attention to detail for a great stay is so above and beyond. He obviously cares about a great experience for his guests. Plenty of towels, linens, cookware, spices, soaps, paper goods and more. Nice very quiet neighborhood with assigned parking.

Great place, a few issues.

We've stayed in the Bridgewood Townhomes several times and always enjoy the beautiful complex including the wonderful pool and grounds. This is the first time we've stayed in this unit and its a great layout and overall we had a wonderful time. There were a few issues but Daniel was responsive throughout and dealt with them as best he could with short notice. This would have been a five star if 1) the bathroom showers had been cleaned better before we arrived (Daniel tried to get cleaners to come back but they never did) 2) the sheets on the beds, esp the MBR, were of decent quality 3) the kitchen was a bit better supplied (we were there for 10 days and cooking was a bit difficult with no mixing bowls, etc). To be clear, it was reasonably supplied and if you're not planning on doing much cooking it will be fine. 4) the grill had been clean enough to use 5) the outdoor area had been a bit better maintained (i.e. pine needles blown off before our arrival, weeds at base of wall trimmed back). 6) both toilets 'ran' continuously & we had to turn their water supplys off at night as the noise was annoying (Daniel has indicated that he will be taking care of this right after we left). With a few changes this will be a solid 5 star. Given that Daniel showed every intention of making this a great visit for us I'm very confident he will make updates to ensure the next visitor has the perfect stay.

Was not clean, layers of dust on everything, drawer and cabinet pulls sticky, bugs in drawers, microwave dirty, leaked in hallway when it rained, beds missing sheets, yard/putting green covered with tree branches and debris along with outdoor eating area and front entrance.

Not what the pictures show

The refrigerator wasn't clean, pots and pans and dishes were dirty. The air quality wasn't good the apartment needs an air purifier. What puttin green? The sheets on both beds were pilling and need to be replaced. The barn doors to one of the bathroom wouldn't close for privacy and the curtains were falling off the rods.

Amenities misrepresented

Check in fine. Designer remodel/pool isn’t accurate. Claims to have fenced private pool. It’s a fenced communal pool. We booked believing we had a fenced private pool. Host didn’t respond when I asked him about the misinformation. The only way this property should describe the pool is fenced community pool. Very disappointing. Many things listed for property weren’t there. Would like compensation for some part of our expense. Going to run out of room to continue.

Great place to stay and great communication with host

Nicely updated property that worked great for my brother, husband and myself to stay at. We found the bed very comfortable - which is important to us! The host was fantastic with communication with us - he reached out to us! We weren’t having any issues so we weren’t always the best at responding but appreciate his communication.

9 day stay

We stayed at the townhome for 9 days - I had trouble getting into the lockbox and Daniel called me right away to help me get into it. He always responded back right away when I had questions. It was nice to stay in a place with a washer and dryer. Nice patio. The swimming pool was nice but it was too cold for us to use.

Great VRBO near Phoenix

This was the perfect spot for 2 couples in town for an event. Very clean, appliances, floors, carpets, everything seems like new. Owner was very responsive and check-in/out was easy.Very close to Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert, and Pho

Daniel's property and communication are great! Thus the five star rating. I do however question the cleaning fee when we had to spend time cleaning it, sadly. But we would rent this property again.

Great for what we needed

3 adults was a great stay. There was enough room for all of us, beds were comfy and plenty of pillows and bedding. The outdoor space was wonderful, the only thing we missed was a gas fire pit or some lights over the porch for when it got dark. Great location to stores, groceries, bars and restaurants.

Convenient Location and Comfortable Stay

This location is convenient to the freeway and next to Mesa Community College and the Children’s Hospital. The unit is spacious with a fully stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable, and the area is quiet. My mother, sister and I enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the mornings before it got too hot. The surrounding area is typical for being close to college, hospital, freeway, etc., but we never felt unsafe. There is a grocery store about a mile away, and we were able to get groceries to make some meals in the kitchen. Communication with the host was excellent and the check-in process is easy. Our only caveat is to be extra aware of uneven walking surfaces on the patio, which Daniel did mention in the check-in email. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Short family getaway

All correspondence with the host was always timely and helpful. All questions were answrred right away and uodates for check in and out were always on time. I would stay there again if i was in mesa, Arizona. The size was perfect for us and a quiet neighborhood where we could enjoy just sitting outside.
