Lyxigt öppet koncept perfekt för underhållande. Njut av de lugna solnedgångarna, se kryssningsfartygen passera eller koppla av framför TV: n efter din dag med att uppleva vår pittoreska by och expansiva stränder. Vardagsrummet har utsikt över Straight of Georgia, Lasqueti Island och Coastal Mountain Range. Två läderskyddsstolar och skinnstol samt en 50-tums platt-tv och eldstad.

Koppla av i ditt andra sovrum som ligger på bottenvåningen, med sin queen size-säng, platt-tv och gå ut på ditt privata däck och uteplats som leder till en fredlig, tre nivåer vacker trädgård.

Njut av att njuta av solen, koppla av eller grilla utomhus på det rymliga privata 20 "x 22" övre däck som ligger på tredje våningen. Detta är endast tillgängligt inifrån huset. Drick i det panoramiska landskapet och titta på båtar och kryssningsfartyg på väg till Alaska, förbi under sommarmånaderna, eller se golfare som spelar på Memorial Golf Course.

För skuggaälskare finns en bistro uteplats som ligger vid sidan av huset för din njutning.

För golfentusiaster är Memorial Golf Course mindre än tio minuters promenad och sex andra banor ligger i närheten av huset.

Qualicum-stranden ligger två kvarter bort. Om du väljer att köra finns det gott om gratis parkering. Njut av att spola i havet eller promenera längs stranden antingen på sanden eller strandpromenaden. Om du vill ha vattenaktiviteter finns det ett hyresområde i närheten. Gratis parkering längs stranden.

Great Stay

Beautiful home in great location

A beautiful home in a great location. Easy driving distance to many of the island’s great sights and walking distance to the town of Qualicum Beach and the waterfront. And the view from the rooftop deck is just amazing! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely get-a-way

Our family had a lovely stay at Qualicum Beach right after Christmas. The owner put on the fire, so once we entered the place, it was cozy and warm. It is a perfect two-bedroom / two-bath in walking distance to the beach and town. It was modern and clean – a home away from home.

Qualicum Beach

Lori was a fabulous host. Clear, detailed and friendly. Our stay was easy and so enjoyable. It was fantastic to be just a 10 minute walk to the ocean and a 10 minute walk in the other direction to the town center. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable and lovely 5 day stay. The views are fantastic from the house and it is in a great location for a home base for adventures in the area. We definitely recommend booking this place!!

Perfect spot!

Great property in every way. The host Lori is very friendly and is easy to communicate with, making sure that you have everything you need to make the most out of your stay. The home itself is wonderfully appointed with everything you need, including a spectacular view from the rooftop deck. In addition the home is perfectly located, walking distance to the village and the beach. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

A high quality home with exceptional views

We had a wonderful stay at Lori’s house. Communication with Lori was excellent with our request for a umbrella - we had fantastic weather - responded too straight away - the views across the Strait to the islands are wonderful and having meals on the top deck will be remembered for a long time. Nice walks into town and to the beaches - the town is really worth exploring as it has a rich variety of individual and quirky stores. Managed a trip to the Pacific Rim but watch carefully for closure times on the road across the island die to construction. A nice drive to Comax and lunch at the Black Fin Pub with its views memorable. The house itself is lovely and of high specification with lots of small details - the larder!! - that are really helpful. I can’t tecommend Loris place highly enough. Juliet

Sleep well in Qualicum Beach

After being on the road at different hotels for 10 days, it was so nice to spend 4 nights at Lori's property in Qualicum Beach. The place was clean and quiet, well-stocked, good parking, comfortable places to sit and read, excellent sheets, pillows, and towels...so we slept like babies.

Great Beach Home

We had a great stay in this 2 storey half duplex. Most of our time was spent enjoying the ocean views on the rooftop deck. There were many small touches in the home that made our stay that much more special. Very quick walk into the town center and to the beach.

Great property

The property was in a great location, short walk to the beach or town. We were very comfortable, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. We had everything we needed. Our host gave us great suggestions for restaurants etc. Thanks so much for everything.

Great place

Check in was easy. The house was spotless. Decor is beautiful. Lori was very thoughtful about where to go and what to see. Can’t give more than 5 stars but I sure would if I could. We will definitely be returning!!

Beautiful home for our family vacation

Lori is absolutely lovely - and her home is gorgeous! It was the perfect space for our family of two adults and two kids for a week. The house was extremely clean and had everything we could possibly need. The rooftop patio has incredible views of the water - we spent many evenings up there enjoying the view and playing cards. And the bed in the master was so comfortable!!!!! The location was a nice, short walk downtown for breakfast, coffee and shopping. And it was a quick drive to the beach, and waking distance to the golf course. If you stay in Qualicum Beach, their local 9-hole course is a must play!!! We spent many days on the beach enjoying the sun and were constantly amazed watching the tide come in each afternoon. We would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend Lori and her home to anyone who asked!

Clean modern suite with a beautiful roof top view

Very much liked the property. Quiet neighbourhood close to everything (downtown, beach) and a stunning view from the roof top deck. Communications were good, lots of amenities and a kitchen with everything you need. Only issue was the beds were a little soft for my liking, but that is a personal preference thing and you will never be able to satisfy everyone on that front. Would stay again

Depends on expectations

Location was terrific and interior clean and well stocked. Steps to rooftop deck felt unsafe and landscaping was not kept up. The beds were horrible due to the extreme softness of the mattresses. Some people may like this but anyone with a back issue will suffer. The owner tried to accommodate with air mattresses and camp costs but if I wanted to sleep on the floor I would have gone camping and not paid this price. Recycling and garbage take out to street was not adequate. Garbage bins overflowing. Internet was great - tv was available and we were able to log in to our own Netflix account. So overall it depends on your expectations and needs for a vacation. We won’t return due to the beds - ended up cutting our vacation a few days short.

Wonderful Qualicum Beach Townhouse

Everything about our stay was exceptional. And the water view and rooftop deck were fabulous. The owner was very thoughtful. She left us a wonderful bottle of wine to enjoy too. The townhouse was beautiful and had everything we needed to make our getaway comfortable and stress free. And Qualicum Beach is really fun place to explore. I highly recommend this property to those visiting Qualicum Beach.

Qualicum Beach at its best

We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations it provided us with a central location to easily reach the sights and communities we wanted to. Lori went out of her way to provide us with information on to destinations we traveled to each day. Could not have had a better host. Very clean and as comfortable as if we were in our own house.

Close to the lovely Village of Qualicum Beach as well as the beach. You can hear the sea lions barking as well as see the water and golfers on the golf course. I liked a property where I did not have to drive every time I wanted to go out. This is it.
