Beautiful house with an equally beautiful ocean view with Texada Island and the Sunshine Coast in the distance. Also whales spouting in the distance one morning. Deer, seals, bunnies. Enjoyed Little Qualicum River/Falls hike one day, Englishman River/Falls the next day, Coombs, Qualicum town and Parksville waterfront. Always returned to the comfortable house between lunch out, activities and dinner out. 10/10 experience, thank-you

This was our second stay at this lovely home. The neighbourhood is family friendly. My children enjoyed using the pool and club house often during our stay. The view is amazing and we spent many hours enjoying the view of the ocean. We loved our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

As per all previous reviewers, we can confirm that the ocean/mountain views are exceptional. The kitchen is well equipped. The HVAC works extremely well. The living area accommodates family activities extremely well. Common yard between the back of the house and the water is flat and wide open for games. Literally a 20 second walk to the ocean from the back patio of the house. Pool, hot tubs, pool table and workout room are all fun and in excellent condition. A very peaceful vibe in the overall community. 10 minute drive to Qualicum Beach, 20 minute drive to Parksville, so location is good for access to super sandy beaches.

Great place to stay

The house was exactly as described and the view was beautiful. During our time here, we had a wonderful time making memories with our kids. There is lots to explore in the near by area as well as some nice sandy beaches all within a 10 to 30 minute drive from the property. We enjoyed our stay and are look forward to booking this property again in the future.

Wonderful property in an amazing location

Beautiful little house right on the Straits of Georgia. Very professionally managed, clean and modern. Had everything we needed for a week-long family stay. The views of the ocean and mountains were amazing.

Great Stay

This house was amazing and had everything you would need. The kitchen was especially well stocked. Great views we could watch wildlife from inside or on the lovely deck. Lots of space for people to spread out for some alone time, but large enough common areas to gather and have fun together. House was clean and communication was great.

Fabulous stay at this amazing property in Qualicum Beach! Large living area with beautiful views. Perfect for our family with the master bedroom and bath on the main floor and two additional bedrooms and bathroom for us upstairs. Beautifully well stocked kitchen and very clean! Very responsive and helpful hosts. Highly recommend and would love to travel back and stay a little longer!

Amazing

We had an excellent stay! The view is amazing and the house is wonderful. It was perfect for our family (2 adults, 6yo and 2yo) and grandparents. The kitchen is very well equipped and had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable, there was cable and internet and ample games, puzzles, books and outdoor toys, so everyone was able to relax and enjoy. We really enjoyed our week here and would definitely return again.

Outstanding Stay!

Outstanding! Amazing! First class vacation home for our family. Exceeded all our expectations. We even got to witness the herring run and all the fishing vessels, sea lions, seals, and eagles that accompanied the run. Would recommend to anyone.

Perfect house!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 6! We lacked for nothing and the view was amazing. A great place to wake up and enjoy your morning coffee. There were tons of puzzles and toys for the kids. The kids enjoyed the pool as well as exploring on the rocky beach in front. Always something to do. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for an amazing holiday!

Beautiful location. Easy to get around the area. Very clean - and well equipped. We had a lovely time. P. S. Unrelated - freezer section of fridge was not working when we arrived. It had frozen over in parts but the food inside melted. Otherwise - appliances were very nice and worked well.

Best house in Qualicum

Best unit in the development. House is fully stocked. Photos don’t do it justice. Huge backyard fronting the water with amazing views. We regularly stay at Fairmonts and Four Seasons and this place exceeded our expectations.

Exceeded expectations!

Beautiful home with a magnificent view! Better than the pictures show! Kitchen was well stocked with staples. Location was excellent! Enjoyed the area, beach hikes and kayaking right outside our front door! (We took our own kayak.) Owners are very gracious and easy to deal with! I highly recommend this property! You will not be disappointed! It would be great for a long term stay! Enjoy!

Beautiful Location on Strait of Georgia

This well-appointed home was the perfect retreat for the 3 of us reconnecting as a family. We woke up to birdsong, the sun rising between the tall trees, seals & heron playing in the ocean and an ever-changing sky which calmed our souts.It was a great home base from which we explored nature.Walked the trails through the woods at Englishman River Falls and Little Qualicum Falls.Rathtrevor Beach at low tide a great walk. Little Mountain Lookout in Parksville with breathtaking views of Mount Arrowsmith another highlight."Goat on the Roof" in Coombs not to be missed! All in all the tirp was enhanced by the home we shared.

The property is the largest and nicest of the three or four we have now stayed in at this development. Great views. Overall deserves a high rating. But just in passing: Master bed could have been more comfortable. Master bath and closet space were excellent. TV / streaming options were adequate once we realized how to access Netflix etc. through the Telus TV system. Guidebook instructions for this need updating. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped. No large sharp knives (unless you count the bread knife) in evidence. And a meat thermometer that works would have been very helpful.
